Feeling a deep desire to go within, you move into your private sanctuary and sit comfortably. Breathing deeply and rhythmically, you close your eyes. Right away you become aware of the beautiful mantle of light around you, enfolding you in its nurturing love. The Blue Flame of protection now comes into your inner vision and within the mantle of light you become aware of the vibrant Violet Transmuting Flame. With every inbreath you inhale, you absorb the love of your God Presence, and with each outbreath, you release this love into your four lower vehicles, which purifies all that is not of God's Perfection. All your tension, fears and doubts are now released by the Violet Transmuting Flame.  

During this process you ask your beloved support group of angels to protect you from all misqualified energy. With each inbreath and outbreath you become more and more anchored in your own divinity, feeling this love in every fiber of your being.  

Now, completely anchored in pure Christ Consciousness, you become aware of your beautiful surroundings. You see a magnificent park with beautiful trees, shrubs, and miles of emerald green lawn surrounding a beautiful sapphire blue lake. Along the lake is a winding path, made of white stone, and lined with vibrant flowers representing each of the seven rays.  

As you walk the path around the lake you absorb the magnificent beauty that surrounds you. There is a small island on the lake with a beautiful white marble temple, circular in form. An exquisite white marble bridge leads from the shore to the small island. As you approach the enchanting bridge you feel a strong pull in your heart that guides you gently across. As you journey through the island woodlands you feel a deep gratitude to every form of life that you pass by. Finally you reach the temple, you see five circular stairs surrounding it. It has twelve small, ornately carved Grecian columns that holds up a magnificent dome shaped roof, made of the most perfect marble you have every seen.

Taking another deep breath you climb the steps, entering this sacred and ancient temple of light. A feeling of deep love and reverence comes over you, and you kneel down on the cool white floor. Entering the Great Silence, a Violet Flame with a soft green radiance enfolds you, and beloved Lady Pallas Athena now stands before you. She takes your hand, and without words commands you to stand and look into her eyes.

As you do, you feel her green flame becoming much stronger, and this sacred fire now penetrates and fills your heartcenter, and your entire being. All that is not of God's Truth within your being is instantly purified and released, and you quickly and easily become one with this beautiful lady of great light¾the mighty and powerful fiery Green Flame of Truth.  

Experiencing the fullness of God's Truth within your being, beloved Pallas Athena once again silently communicates with you: "You stand in the Presence of Truth and you are the Flame of Truth! Accept and manifest this reality throughout your world. Always live within the truth of your own divinity and accept nothing less. Share this truth with all life around you, and help your fellow brothers and sisters in the family of man to find and accept this great gift, right here, right now and forever sustained. Remember always who I AM and know that I love you in a way no words can adequately describe."  

Deep silence returns to you once again and the fullness of the fiery green flame continues to penetrate and enfold you. Feeling the deep desire to live and share your divinity and God's Truth with all life, beloved Pallas Athena blesses you. As her physical form slowly disappears from your sight, you silently affirm: "I AM the Flame of Truth and Thy Will, Oh Father-Mother God shall be done through me now and forever sustained!" Feeling deep gratitude and love for the magnificent Goddess of Truth, you send her a pink ray of divine love from your heart, and prepare to return to your physical location.  

Once again you inbreathe, breathing in all the beauty that surrounds you, and on the outbreath you find yourself back where you began your journey. Continuing to absorb the fullness of your experience, you once again silently affirm within your heart: "I AM the Flame of Truth and Thy Will Oh Father-Mother God shall be done through me now and forever sustained, but this time you add: I AM the Flame of Truth in action here and now, for the healing of all life. So be it, beloved I AM."

There is but one truth, but many, many reflections, and I ask you now to earnestly endeavor to pass away from the worship of the reflected beam and draw nearer, ever nearer, and still nearer to the majesty of the all pervading and changeless one. One truth changes not. It is the one stationary force. The one truth is, I AM! All else is a reflection. Within the one truth all knowledge is fixed. Seek this knowledge and all that is changeless and undying will be found, and victory will be yours. That which changes is of the world of illusion. Only that which changes not is real. That which changes not, abides at the center of your being―the one truth―the eternal Flame of Truth―I AM! The simple truth―I AM THAT I AM!
