Beloved Dwjal Khul

Beloved Ones,  

As I stand before you this day, I bow in deep and abiding reverence before the steadily increasing light of your hearts. I AM pleased at the great progress you are making upon your paths into full enlightenment, and also that you have come to this Conference seeking Clarity. I will happily assist you to clarify many questions, as we work together in a concentrated manner all during this year and beyond.  

As chelas of The Great White Brotherhood, you have begun to understand many things. One is that the gift of free will has made you the director of your own evolution and put you in charge of balancing your four lower vehicles. Fortunately, as you face this fact, the knowledge is received that there is a divine director within, to whom you may always go for guidance in the task of governing your own energies. This great being of light is your Holy Christ Self.  

The Holy Christ Self has been described as 'standing at the door' of your heart. There, he waits patiently to be heard as he knocks. He waits patiently to be listened to, as he speaks, giving of his wisdom. He waits patiently for his love to be felt, as he pours it forth in an endless stream of light. Dear chelas, the Christ within your blessed hearts at all times outpictures the quality of cosmic patience. You know the personal quality of the great Lord of the World, beloved Gautama, is cosmic patience. Take this knowledge and apply it to yourself, with the understanding that the Christ Within your heart is the 'Lord of your world', and it is through him that your own cosmic patience will come.  

The inner Christ has been called by many sacred names, among them; 'The Golden Man'. This reflects the color of the Second Ray and the quality of God illumination, wisdom and understanding. The Christ within is fully enlightened, having access to all the knowledge of the higher realms through the I AM Presence, from which it comes. 

The Second Ray is known as 'The Ray of the Son'. Understand the word 'son' to mean both light and child of God. Be not confused with lesser interpretations at this point upon your spiritual path, oh sons and daughters of the most high living God! You are each a ray of light projected forth upon the physical Earth from your God Presence. Just as the Great Central Sun sent forth the suns of this system to bless and sustain a universe, so has your God Presence embodied its godliness and sent forth that pure and perfect image of itself forth to bless this Earth. It does so by sending the Christ―the light of itself―encased in a form suitable to act upon the plane about which it wishes to learn, upon which it wishes to develop mastery, and which it wishes to serve!

Of the Christ, it is written: 'The government is placed upon his shoulder'. Rightly understood, this means that your four lower vehicles are the center of government through which your own divine plan shall manifest, and that plan is held within the consciousness of your Holy Christ Self―the Lord of your world, who dwells within your heart. It also means that the responsibility for your evolution upon the Earth is in the hands of your HOLY CHRIST SELF. The importance of this knowledge in Saint Germain's New Age of Spiritual Freedom, is tremendous in scope.  

Even now, you are experiencing an ever deepening desire within your soul to know your Holy Christ Self more intimately. Beloved ones, during this year of enlightenment and wisdom, you are now enabled to receive and absorb the understanding of the Christ―the sun―the golden being within your hearts, at a level that has not been previously possible.  

You shall, before this year comes to a close, stand forth and claim your full momentum of God illumination, and manifest the sun, just as you came to do! There are many points of importance I wish to discuss with you during this year, to help you accomplish this step.  

The Golden Ray will illuminate the qualities of every ray this year, just as the First Ray of God's will moved through the qualities of every ray and your every creative center during the previous year of 1993. Not only every chela and light worker―but every person on this Earth―will receive illumination in all areas of his or her being, each to the highest degree possible, according to their level of consciousness.  

Beloved ones, the child is born! The sun is given! Your responsibility is to let the government be upon his shoulder! As a question arises in your mind, refer it immediately to the Christ within. Wait to receive the illumination required. You need neither rush nor delay, for the answer from God is always given at the perfect time, not sooner or later than required.  

Close your eyes for a few moments and concentrate your complete attention upon the Christ within your heart center. Listen, and hear his gentle knock upon the door of your innermost sanctuary. Open that door and allow him entrance. As you look upon his countenance, see the compassionate love upon his face and let that love flow into your cup of consciousness, filling it to the brim. Feel the Christ become ONE with you, right here and right now. Feel his heart enfold your physical heart, becoming completely ONE with it. As this takes place, the rhythm of your heartbeat merges with that of your Holy Christ Self.  

Absorbed in that calm and perfect rhythm, take a deep and gentle breath. Feel the lungs of the Christ encapsulate your physical lungs, and become ONE with them. The breath flowing in and out of your being now becomes calm and loving, free of any impediment that has previously held you from unity with the Holy Spirit of the Christ, who directs his holy breath in and through you at all times.  

Now, you shall always know the calmness and joy of Holy Spirit with every breath you take and every breath you give, blessing all life in your sphere of influence.  

As gratitude fills your being, the head of the Christ becomes ONE with your physical head. Immediately, the thoughts and inspirations of the sun of God take full command of your physical brain and nerve centers. The light of the Christ, now grown to full stature within you, blazes in, through and around your head and forms a bright halo around it, marking you as a Christ manifest on this physical plane.

At this realization, your throat chakra begins to pulsate with the will of God, and within the silence of your Christ consciousness, you take this moment to relinquish your human will to that of the divine forever. Feel the government of your lifestream now fully unified with God's will for you.  

As you bow in obedience before the flame of God's will, feel the arms of the Christ merge with your own. Feel his hands become one with your hands, and in your innermost being, feel and see the light emanating forth from them. Now, with every touch and gesture, you may bless and heal, just as Master Jesus did.  

Continue inbreathing the light, and with every outbreath, feel every cell and organ of your physical body become ONE with that of your inner Christ. Take a few moments and accept this process, as his healing light flows through every part of your physical body, becoming one with it. Feel the light perfecting and energizing his holy temple, for that is what he created your body to be.  

Finally, feel the light moving down your legs and into your feet, as your Holy Christ Self touches the Earth with his light. Know that God is within his holy temple. Know that it is his feet that walk this sacred planet Earth, performing the miracles of light ordained to be done through the sun of God, I AM.  

As you realize this, let your consciousness center again in the temple of your heart, and kneel in reverence before the flame of life I AM. As you do this, a brother appears within the flame, and stretches forth his hand. You reach forth, and as you take his hand in friendship, ask him to be seated in front of you. Now, knowing your true identity, gently begin to bathe his feet with your love and gratitude for the opportunity to serve as the sun―the light of God, I AM, upon the Earth.  

Now, even as you let your consciousness return to this holy sanctuary, know you are ONE with your inner Christ, and let him serve through you from this time forth, in perfect unity with all life.  

I thank you for your love, constancy, and the spiritual understanding that has brought you before me on your travels. As I bathe your feet with my light, know I love you and I AM always with you.
