My Beloved Chelas—manifesting the Will of God,

Some time ago, the chelas of The Bridge to Spiritual Freedom came before Me and asked for the opportunity to help awaken Shamballa within each human heart. When I addressed you during the New Year Conference, it brought Me great joy to tell you that this request has been honored. Not only is each chela an integral part of Shamballa, wherever they live upon the Earth, but the focus of Shamballa is now being awakened in the heart flame of every lifestream belonging to the Earth's evolutions.

Shamballa represents the Holy Spirit of God anchored in every human heart, in which all self-conscious life is unified in God-Consciousness. This is called the Spirit of Shamballa. Every member of the Great White Brotherhood and all of Our chelas are united in God-consciousness within this sacred Spirit.

As the Spirit of Shamballa begins to stir in the heart flames of the masses, the work of Our chelas becomes more significant and powerful. It is imperative that each of you project only the most positive and uplifting ideas and ideals into this united consciousness. Thus, only the Perfection of God's Will can be drawn into the mass consciousness, as it begins to search and reach upward for enlightenment.

Due to the importance of this understanding, I ask you to make a commitment to 'know thyself!' Look at your four lower vehicles through the eyes of your Holy Christ Self, facing both strength and weakness. With the Violet Transmuting Flame, transmute any lingering weakness into pure Light once more! Then, the wonderful God-Gifts that are stored in your Causal Body may be revealed and used to beautify life wherever you pass by.

‘Know thyself’ and the shadows longing for Freedom shall be exposed to the full Light of the Sun!

'Know thyself' and understanding shall illumine your consciousness!

'Know thyself' and know Shamballa more fully, reaching ever higher, to abide forever in the land of eternal sunrise.

Upon awakening in the morning, after acknowledging your I AM Presence and donning your Mantle of Light, call upon this Servant of God's Will, and I will help you to 'know thyself'. I know you will follow My suggestion for it is born from My Heart of friendship.

You have come from many places upon the Earth to fill your cups of consciousness with the Elixir of Brotherhood, through communion with Us and each other. We treasure you so deeply for your devotion and dedication to the healing of this planet. Each one of you lives in an important place upon the body of the Earth. With your cups filled, you shall return to your homes following these Sacred Ceremonies, to dispense the fullness of the Love, Wisdom and Power of Shamballa to those who search. You, in full partnership with Us, are the valiant and devoted builders of the planetary Diamond Heart, which shall raise this sacred Earth into the perfection of God's Holy Will.

Many chelas around the planet have been asking: what is the 'inner'? To what do the Masters refer when They use the term 'inner realms'?

Beloved ones, come with Me in consciousness. See yourself being embraced in the loving arms of your own I AM Presence. Feel the great desire this magnificent Being of Light has to welcome you home, for It is not complete in Its fullness of Being until you ascend into Heaven's Realm. Slowly your God Presence projects a Ray of Light to the Earth and your descent begins. As you move gently toward the Earth, you are still able to perceive the beauty of the Octaves of Light. However, the closer you come to the physical plane, the heavier the vibratory activity becomes. It is increasingly more difficult to retain the awareness of the Realms of Light. Finally, having reached the physical world, your awareness and senses are bound to three dimensional consciousness for a time, and your vision turns outward.

The anchorage of the God Presence in the physical world, as you have been taught, is the Threefold Flame within each heart. As you become aware of this Flame in your heart and turn your attention toward It, you open the gateway to enter into the Realms of Eternal Light again. That's the reason the term 'inner' is used. The answer is within! You have drawn your attention away from the 'outer realms' and reunited it with the Christ Consciousness within the Flame. You have entered the 'inner realms' again.

The Ascended Masters Realm is a fourth dimensional activity, meaning that It enfolds the world of form. It is the octave of Light closest to the physical plane of existence. Our consciousness is such that We can perceive you. On the other hand, if you wish to perceive Us, you have to go within. You may be assured We are always waiting for the invitation to meet you at the Altar of the Most High Living God; the Flame within your heart! We but await your calls!

We, from the higher Etheric Realms always live and abide by the Cosmic Laws. One of these Laws is that of freewill choice. Through your free-willingness to restore the Earth to Its pristine beauty and holiness, you have become Our anchor in the physical world. That's the Law in Its simplicity! Do you see how your work is as important as Ours?

Now I shall give you some practical reminders. Because of the partnership between Us, meditation and visualization are crucial factors in your cosmic service. They help the four lower vehicles to become passive and still, allowing Us to pour Our blessings through your cup of consciousness into the situation requiring assistance.

When you decree, you use the power center at your throat, drawing the higher energies around your beings. In order to balance this activity, the chela must also use the wisdom and love centers. These centers are activated through your powers of visualization and meditation. In a meditative state of consciousness, as you direct the energies drawn by invocation and decree, We work through you in a constructive way. When you work in this way, you may always retain conscious awareness of being.

In group work, unity is of the utmost importance. As the directors endeavor, to the best of their abilities, to unify the chelas, both in decrees and visualization, the chelas must remember their responsibility. Give your full concentration and cooperation to the director, so that a unified chalice of consciousness is offered to the Ascended Masters and Cosmic Beings. Thus, the greatest blessings may be given to the planet.

It is My hope you will take these guidelines to heart and test them. As you do your 'inner work', let the 'outer world' attest to the Truth of Our instructions!
