ELECTRONIC PATTERN: See the raising Power of the Resurrection Flame blaze forth, lifting the four lower vehicles of the entire Human Family into the Light, where they are enfolded in the Love and Wisdom of their God Presence. Here they will remain, forever sustaining the Consciousness of the Christ, releasing the creative activity of the Godhead into every relationship they encounter upon the Earth.

Beloved Children of Divine Love,

It is My great privilege to fashion your beautiful physical hearts at inner levels. Your hearts are formed with the substance of the highest vibratory level possible, according to the evolution of each individual lifestream. This precious essence is lovingly placed in My hands by the Lords of Karma, as each lifestream prepares to take embodiment. As I hold these energies in My hands, beloved Archangel Raphael joins Me and the Ritual of Consecration begins. During this sacred ceremony, the energy afforded to each lifestream takes the form of a heart. This precious form is the 'Temple within the Temple'. It is the vessel that holds the most creative energy in the universe during your sojourns in the physical world.

My beloved, I love and bless the exquisite hearts I have helped to create, for it is through them that you are given the opportunity to become the Master of your own returning energy. This must be accomplished through your efforts and application, as Cosmic Law allows Me to radiate only so much energy from My world into yours. I know you are grateful for this opportunity and you are making great strides toward your own Mastery!

From time to time, the memory of the sacred ceremony in which your heart was consecrated comes forth to your outer awareness. This remembrance often manifests in your life as an intensified desire and determination to discover and fulfill your own life's purpose. Because each lifestream is such a unique individual, the heart itself reflects myriad impressions and desires. These create an impetus toward getting to know one's self, urging each one forward until he or she is finally able to consciously step upon the Spiritual Path.

This ceremony of consecration in the Temples of the Sacred Heart is called 'The Ritual of the Heart'. I wish to impart to you a deepened understanding of the purpose of this ritual. When lifestreams enter their embodiments upon the Earth, I AM responsible for the formation of their hearts. I do all I can to enlist the help of embodied lifestreams, such as Our chelas, to use the Violet Fire on behalf of these incoming lifestreams, to help give them the best possible substance for their physical hearts, through purification. This helps Us to provide the healthiest start in physical embodiment that we can.

As well, beloved Raphael infuses each heart with His Ray of Consecration, to sustain and nourish each individual providing an impulse to always do the best they can in their life experience. With the full momentum of My own Sacred Heart, I also watch over each child of Earth, helping them as much as possible, so long as it does not interfere in any way with their free will choices upon their paths.

As an individual becomes aware of his own sacred heart, he begins to understand that the hearts within all his brothers and sisters are also sacred and holy. From your own experience, as you follow this awareness, you are drawn toward others with whom you feel an affinity through your common understanding and your growing desire to bring perfection to all life on your planet.

At this point, the influence of the First Ray begins to form a Diamond Heart around each individual heart center, to give a more intensified protection and bring understanding to the expanding spiritual consciousness. Eventually, the individuals who are working together in this same state of awareness become attuned to the Body of Light, and they begin to function consciously as part of a group with the common concern for planetary healing.

In these times, Our chelas, together with all the awakened lifestreams on the Earth who are able to connect with the Body of Light, have grown tremendously. I speak not so much of numbers as I do of the spiritual consciousness and awareness, which permits deliberate attunement to others around the Earth. Now, a new opportunity presents itself to you, for you are ready to begin your function of expanding, nourishing, and sustaining the Body of Light. This is the Body of the Cosmic Christ, which is the instrument of action for the Planetary Heart Center. Through It, healing and perfection will be brought to all self-conscious life on the Earth. This collective Body is God's Open Door to the planet Earth in the same way that each of you, as individuals, are the Open Door through your individualized Christ Consciousness in your own spheres of influence.

This is most important for you to understand, because you are receiving the Teachings of Light that are enabling you to work with the others who are now spiritually awakened and ready to come together with you in this work, due to their preparation along other avenues of experience. More will join into the activity of the Body of Light as their level of Spiritual Consciousness permits them access.

The Ritual of the Heart, previously given only in the inner realms by Beings of Light qualified by their Ascension and Spiritual gifts, will now be manifested for the Earth by the chelas. This will be accomplished through your unified spiritual heart centers, which are now firmly connected into the Body of Light to serve all life on the Earth. The awakening and teaching process will continue in this way until the entire Earth is prepared for Its Ascension in the Light.

As you work on planetary healing and enlightenment, the Diamond Heart which surrounds each of you merges with those of all others who serve the Light. This energy enters the Body of Light, which enfolds the entire Earth and all her evolutions in the purity of God's Divine Love. Thus, the Planetary Diamond Heart is formed―fulfilling the Divine Edict given so long ago.

The first relationship of importance is the one you have with yourself. Within your being there is a unique interaction of energy, as you work to attain mastery of thought, feeling, action and reaction. A strong impetus to improve each chela's inner relationship within themselves starts under the influence of the First Ray.

In 1993, after sufficient preparation, the influence of the First Ray was initiated at the group level, to begin the work of integrating the various gifts of all chelas of Light with each other. Thus a group was created that can work in harmony of purpose, with respect toward others, for the highest good of all life on the planet Earth. During the year of 1994, as you feel and accept the blessings of the Second Ray, you will not only 'know thyself’ better, as requested by Master El Morya, but you will 'understand thyself' as well. Thus healing will be brought to you—and through you—to the others who are now awakening.

Beloved children of the One Sacred Heart, as you become a radiating sun of your own God Perfection, you are also One with the group, expanding, maintaining and sustaining the Planetary Diamond Heart for the planet Earth! I ask each one of you to perfect the Ritual of the Heart in all of your relationships to the best of your ability, as you bring the full momentum of your Causal Body into the Body of Light.

For any relationship to be successful, there must be friendship! Therefore, I ask you to be a friend to yourself first. In this way you will be able to be a friend to others! Beloved ones, we have a beautiful friendship, begun when I first fashioned your physical hearts—keeping them intact from any outer substance. Today, My Heart overflows with love and gratitude, for you have called Me and I answer, decreeing: "My life and My light is yours to give and praise, to bless and raise, to love and heal! Rise up, My children, and—vested by your own Christ authority—nurture the Christ child in your fellow travelers. Show them how to drink from the fountain of Wisdom¾so they may also allow their Inner Christ to grow to full stature."

I come to you as a Mother, and I speak to you, even as I spoke to beloved Jesus, when He was a child. Envision yourself seated beside Me, in the center of your perfected being. There, the horizon is always glowing with the pink radiance of Divine Love, and your thoughts and actions are enfolded by the Golden Light of God Illumination. I love you so dearly, that I will always come whenever you call upon Me. I will hold you in My arms, just as I held the substance of your physical heart in the Temples of Light. Beloved Raphael joins Me in this promise—reconsecrating your beings and worlds. Accept Our gifts, as We touch your hearts and minds with Our Love.
