Beloved Chelas of Light,

Every morning, and often during the day, many of you call forth your Mantles of Light, taking time to reflect upon them and strengthen the protection they give. Recently, your attention has been more intense, which is a natural result of the enfolding of a Master of the First Ray. The enfolding activity of Master Morya is a radiation of great intensity, and shall be experienced throughout this year, as it is His stated intent to blaze the gifts of the First Ray into the activities of all other Cosmic Rays. The purpose of this activity is to intensify the Will of God within all other God Qualities, so that they may be more efficiently and powerfully used upon the Earth and all her evolutions, to manifest the perfection of the New Age of Spiritual Freedom more quickly.

To prepare for this intense outpouring of the First Ray, the Earth was first purified and lightened by the action of the Violet Fire, especially the qualities of transmutation, mercy and forgiveness. My beloved ones, are you beginning to glimpse the brotherhood and cooperation of the inner realms, and the way in which all work together for the common good of all life? You have been advised to use the Violet Fire to prepare the way for whatever other God Qualities are called forth, and beloved Saint Germain has set the example for you.

Following purification in all its aspects, the next natural emanation of light is that of protection, allowing for the Will of God to have its natural effects of bringing perfection into all life expression.

Today I wish to speak about the Mantle of Light, and give you a fuller understanding of its value and importance to your lifestreams. What exactly is a 'mantle'? The term, as used by Us, indicates both the authority and responsibility of a Spiritual office. Understood in this way, a mantle also provides the protection of the authority given. Your Mantle of Light, given by God through your God Presence, forms your aura. Likewise, My Mantle forms My aura. Every living thing has an aura, which is formed by the emanation of Light from within itself. That aura, or mantle, is larger or smaller according to the consciousness and evolution of the life form from which it emanates.

Self-conscious life has the most dominant and powerful aura, because it is capable of increasing and changing the quality of light from moment to moment. Other lifeforms, which do not have the control of conscious will as yet, such as many elemental forms, display more or less light based primarily upon the condition of their physical forms. Thus, their auras act as beacons to the devas who are in charge of them, signaling their needs, and so forth. I mention this in passing, for today I will speak only about the auras of self-conscious life, such as yourself, the Masters of Light, and above.

Some time ago, I offered you a Cloak, which is another word by which We refer to a mantle. Whenever a Master offers you His or Her Mantle, it is given by blazing it through your consciousness, and letting it then move outward to form a layer of Light around your own Mantle of Light. Thus you are given the privilege of experiencing the Mantle of the Master as it passes through the silver cord, and into and through your personal consciousness. Thus you may receive its healing, enlightenment, or other gifts as it also strengthens your own aura. While this activity takes place, you will also feel the Presence of the Master upon Whom you have called, and realize―at least for a brief time―how the gift of that One feels. Now that I have explained this point, you will be able to experience this merging process at a more conscious level.

One of the reasons why you may not retain the aura of an ascended Master is that it would deny you the opportunity of developing your own mastery. That is the sole reason for this Cosmic Law. I may, for instance, offer you My Cloak, but it then becomes your responsibility to call upon My Mantle to strengthen yours, and to intensify your healing efforts. This is why all of Us constantly remind you of the Law of calling forth what you desire and require. To act as the receiver―or chalice―of higher energies not only intensifies your spiritual work, but it also allows you to feel and think as the Master does for that time. It gives you the experience of feeling the Master's vibrations and prepares your four lower vehicles and auras for the constant emanation of a higher vibratory activity.

As the Mantle of an Ascended Being is being directed through your aura, it serves to raise your consciousness to a higher level. At those times certain understandings and enlightenments come to you, which may remain as a permanent part of your consciousness if you are able to retain them.

As you sleep, and while your finer vehicles are receiving training in the Ascended Master Retreats, you are taught certain points of Cosmic Law which you may not consciously recall during your waking hours. The way in which these points of Law are brought to you during the day is through tests in your outer personality and life. Sometimes you will be able to apply the inner knowledge given successfully. If you do, you will become conscious of it as a completion of the inner lesson given. If you are unable to put the point of Law into action in the outer world, it is never considered a 'failure', because in most instances, you do become aware of the lesson. Other opportunities will be offered until each lesson is thoroughly learned.

Sometimes you know you have not handled an outer situation according to Spiritual Law, but you may not be able to think of how you could have done it better. I mention this in passing, because all of you remember waking up 'knowing' certain lessons which you later cannot recall consciously and explain to another person. The reason for this is that all lessons given at inner levels must be demonstrated successfully in your outer physical lives. This is the true test of all learning. The time always comes when you are able to bring these inner teachings into practice, and eventually you are able to always handle similar situations according to the point of Law learned.

When a Cosmic Law has become clearly understandable to you, you have taken a step forward in consciousness, and you will no longer 'forget' that lesson. It then becomes a permanent part of your Mantle of Light, and others who even enter into your presence may absorb and benefit by your new understanding. At such times, you and I always come together. My aura is merged with yours, as you are reconsecrated to serve at a higher level of being, knowing you will be able to use your new understanding at all future opportunities. It is a beautiful and inspiring experience, and there is much joy attending such times of illumination and merging of our Mantles of Light.

My Flame is My aura. It is Crystalline, with a blazing Mother of Pearl radiance, which contains constantly changing emanations of color. This Flame, beloved, is the Mantle I lovingly offer to you. Within it you may re-consecrate your four lower vehicles as often as you wish or desire. It is always and eternally available to you, and comes with My love for you, each one. If you require healing, it is there. If you need protection, just ask! If it is love and comfort you desire, I enfold you with it right now.

Ask for the truth of God right now, and it is yours, confirming within your own being and world the truth of this, My message to you today. Permit me to resurrect the Holy Christ Self within your precious heart with My love and consecration to the Will of God! It is My privilege and joy to assist you attain the experience of love and mastery you seek and for which you so diligently strive. Ask, receive, and keep on climbing the path up the mountain until My Aura becomes a permanent part of yours forever! You are not far away, and it is by your own determination that you shall be eternally victorious!
