Beloved Chelas of the One Universal Light, I salute that Light within your hearts. It brings me deep joy to have the opportunity to address you at this time - for it is truly a time in the history of our Beloved Earth when the Flame of Liberation is blazing and blazing through the consciousness of her people!

As you are aware, the Chateau du Coeur is the Retreat at which I reside. It is a part of the Chateau de Liberte, where I first was given the opportunity to fulfill the responsibilities of the Chohan of the Third Ray of God's Divine Love.

"I AM" connected at Cosmic levels with the beloved Goddess of Liberty. The Flame of Liberty was brought to Southern France just before the last remnants of Atlantis were submerged beneath the waters of the sea. The primary purpose of our Retreat, the Temple de Coeur, is to nourish and expand the Love for the Flame of Liberty, which is in complete attunement with the Freedom Flame of Saint Germain.

The attunement of the Heart Flame to the Quality of Liberty is of the utmost importance for all people residing upon the Earth at this time of transition. As we enter the New Age of Spiritual Freedom, the Flame of Liberty, a focus of which is established in every human heart before a lifestream takes embodiment is stimulated into heightened activity. "I AM" an Embodiment of Divine Love, and I shall fulfill my responsibility to nourish and intensify the LOVE in every heart for the Liberty and Freedom which must manifest upon the Earth now! This is why "I AM" so strongly connected with Liberty.

Did you know that my personal symbol is the Fleur-de-lis, which is often used as an outpicturing of your own beautiful Threefold Flames, residing in your Heart centers? It is so, and the Fleur-de-lis is the representation of the Holy Trinity, also.

The Fleur-de-lis has been used for a long time as a national emblem of France, as well, for the Flame of Liberty has exerted a profound influence within that country. There is also a planetary focus of the Liberty Flame anchored within the Statue of Liberty, which stands in the Harbor of New York City in the United States.

The Flame of Liberty itself is threefold in nature, and the colors are blue of God's Will, the golden-yellow of Illumination and Wisdom, and the pink of Divine Love, as represented in the Planetary Threefold Flame of our Beloved Lord of the World, Gautama, I refresh your memory on these points to confirm once more the Cosmic Alliance established in the Qualities of the Great God of the Universe which, in their perfect balancing, bring the freedom of all life into manifestation! It is Cosmic representation of the Threefold Flames within every lifestream upon the Earth.

I come from the Planet Venus, together with my Divine Complement, mighty Victory. Some years ago, when beloved Paul, the Venetian, was elevated to the position of Maha Chohan, I was granted the opportunity to fill the position of Chohan of the Third Ray of Divine Love in his place. We came to assist the Earth during these times of transition, because it is possible for us to magnetize and amplify the vibratory nature of the Planet of Love, Venus, into the very fiber and nature of the Earth. Within each beating heart of every lifestream upon the Earth, there is a focus of the Flame of Liberty. It is bestowed upon each lifestream before they embody here, and as the need arises, that Flame is lovingly fanned by the Breath of the Holy Spirit of the Earth, as represented by the Maha Chohan.

My beloved ones - would that I could describe to you the Love of that Great One! "I AM" aware of the deep responding love of each one of our chelas to the Maha Chohan, and also Æolus. his Cosmic Father and representative of Holy Spirit to the entire galaxy. It is most natural that you each have this response to them, and one day, when all veils have been removed from your vision, you will see for yourselves the total Beauty of the Light of Love as expressed by these Great Beings! Words have not been created that can describe what is before my eyes as I speak to you at this moment! To your ears will come the Music of the Spheres, even as I experience this and speak of it to you at this moment! Sights and sounds that are beyond description are mine! And they will be yours, as well! You come close to them, at times, even now!

As you receive these words, receive within your precious Heart Flames an acceleration of my Love and my Liberation. Feel the response once more to the Divine Love which I represent within my Being! Let it become an ever-deepening expression within your Beings and worlds! Close your eyes to anything that is less than God-Perfection in your worlds, and let my Beauty and Perfection of Love flood you and enfold you, until all else is absorbed into the Beauty and Perfection I always behold for you - each blessed one!
