Decree - March 1989

Through the Power vested in me by the Giver and Creator of All Life. I come now before the throne of our Father-Mother God, asking, in humility, that humanity become the recipient of the most intensified outpouring of concentrated Light Rays that they have ever known. I call to our Beloved Mother Mary to direct this Sacred Fire into, through and around all unascended Life, so that just as Nature blossoms forth in new life each spring, humankind will experience a similar rebirth. May they cast off the bonds of human creation, so that their Holy Christ Selves can truly grow to full stature.

I, as a conscious co-server with the Great White Brotherhood, ask Lord Raphael to Consecrate my four lower vehicles in service, so that I may assist fully in the Resurrection now taking place in the hearts of all humanity.
