"I AM" come to you by the Power of the Three Times Three of this year of Nineteen Hundred and Eighty Nine.

Throughout the whole of this year, and beyond, I would ask you to be aware constantly that THE BREATH IS HOLY. Yes, the breath is the MOST SACRED of the elements, and without it you could have no Life. With every inbreath, you qualify that breath with your own thoughts and feelings, and then you breathe it out and it is absorbed by all humankind, having been qualified or misqualified by your energy. Can you not see the tremendous opportunity that is yours to qualify the Holy Breath with the God Virtues so abundant in your own Christ?

Breathe in Heavenly Father, and breathe out tenderness and joy.

Breathe in Divine Mother, and breathe out tenderness and joy.

Breathe in Holy Spirit, and breathe out tenderness and joy.

And BECOME THE SUN - radiating forth comfort, warmth and light to all life.

As you move ever forward through this year, let there abide within your heart the ever-present silent mantra: "GOD LOVES ME AND I LOVE GOD". Ever nurture and sustain the Christ Within. "GOD LOVES ME AND I LOVE GOD". If you can hold this mantra silent and steady in your mind for nine hours - you can hold it for the rest of your Life, Where your attention is, there you are, for you are your consciousness. Where your attention is, your energy flows, and your energy is your LIFE.

You will rapidly discover that you can carry on your day to day living, and communicate freely with your fellow traveler, even though your mind is constantly and silently affirming "GOD LOVES ME AND I LOVE GOD". If you accept and apply this simple Truth you will become a beacon of Living Light.

Man is PERFECTION, but at this time in his evolution the average man is imperfectly displayed. If man distorts the vibrations of the world by distorting his thoughts and his feelings, by distorting forms of art, architecture, poetry, music, by distorting his own posture and his movements, then man's soul will reflect disharmony, and he will manifest imperfection. If man strives for perfection in every great and menial task of the Eternal Now by using vibrations that reflect beauty and harmony and loveliness, then man can create of himself a WHOLENESS and a HOLINESS. "GOD LOVES ME AND I LOVE GOD".

As this silent mantra continues to penetrate your consciousness you will realize for yourself the profound Truth that "I AM" ONE WITH GOD, and this true knowledge will bring total happiness. The Divine Virtue of joy and Happiness is man's final goal "I AM" ONE WITH GOD. It is when man separates himself from God, the Great "I AM", that he becomes conscious of his own limitations and shuts himself off from the abundance of The Universe, of which he is a part. In this feeling of separateness man shuts himself off from the Spiritual Currents in the Cosmic Ocean of Christ Consciousness. The cohesive power which binds all things into this AT-ONE-MENT is DIVINE LOVE, of which you are a part.

Only when the Human Heart overflows with the Divine Virtue of Joy and Happiness will it become the Holy Grail.

GOD LOVES ME AND I LOVE GOD, and "I AM" ONE WITH GOD and therefore I have no limitations.
