Decree - January 1989

In the Name of the Beloved Presence of God "I AM", and by the authority of the Three-fold Flame within the hearts of all humanity, I call to the Sacred Fire of God's Perfection to flow in abundance through the hearts and minds of all humanity evolving on our Sweet Earth.

I call to the combined power of Beloved Lord Lanto and Blessed Djwal Khul to ANCHOR THAT FLAME within our hearts, and to pour through us the Full Momentum of God's Divine Wisdom in the correct use of the Flame of Precipitation.

We ask that this be sustained and maintained until all humankind accept Perfection in all things!
