"I AM Present" as the Spirit of this year 1984, and as the Chohan of the First Ray of God's Power. Deep in the Heart of Freedom, there is the Great Silence, the Silence in the Mind of God and ”I AM" a child of that Silence. Here is the First Realm of Pure Ideation around the Throne of the Eternal Father, the formation of God Ideas. Here I prayed that I might be allowed to empower this Conference with all the blessings of this Realm, so that the perfect glow of Spiritual Freedom for this planet may be further realized.

I would like to give you a feeling of this First Realm of Pure Ideation. For this shall be My gift, a filling of your consciousness with the Divine ideas and feelings that God has created in the Realms of Spiritual Freedom. It has been said that there are as many ideas in the mind of God as there are grains of sand upon the shore.

Visualize for a moment billions and billions of such perfect thoughts and ideas, each one of pure crystal, alive in a great sea of vibrant Light...... Here is the First Realm of God, you are allowed your choice, your decision, as to which of these perfect ideas you shall lend your energies to and empower with your life.

Close to the very throne of God there is a beautiful Violet Crystal, The Divine Ideas of Spiritual Freedom for this planet. Many times have we joined with our Lord Saint Germain as He returned to the heart of this Great Silence to meditate upon this perfect idea and to restrengthen this Purpose in Him and in all chelas aligned with Him in the Cause of Spiritual Freedom for this planet. In order that you might feel the Glory of this Realm, and aspect of "I AM" consciousness, I ask you consider for a moment every glorious experience you have ever had with a Master, with an Angel, with Nature, with God, in any of these diverse aspects.... Remind yourself how glorious and how perfect they all were.....

The closest you might come to experiencing this Realm is to feel as if each one of these perfect experiences were revivified in your feeling world, each one, all at once, simultaneously to their full glory...... and permanently!

Then you will have some awareness of the permanent glory and perfection in the realm of "I AM" consciousness. In this realm you feel the perfect results of God's Holy Power, synthesized around the beautiful thoughtform of Spiritual Freedom in this First Realm.

May I discourse for a moment on the Power of God, one of the three basic qualities of The Christ Flame. Power is shield away from, by even the most evolved chelas. There are many reasons for this; but at some point in the evolution of a chela he or she must choose to learn the Power of God. All of you have in your etheric body, to some degree, scars that result from the misuse of power which results, of course, from the little self claiming the great river of pure power from the Godhead. Yet you chelas under the guidance of the Beloved Saint Germain, have come a great distance in the purification of the little self, particularly the purification of the motives in your service.

That is how we measure your purity, the motives behind your feeling states. And I, as Chohan of the First Ray, am looking for chelas serving our Lord and King Saint Germain, ready to claim the full Powers, of Spiritual Freedom pulsating within that Seventh Ray.

You know that for Power to be unleashed by the Godhead It must be balanced by Love. You are learning to love and you have become powerfully loving toward this planet, impersonally. Now I ask you to think about becoming LOVINGLY POWERFUL, for the Seventh Ray represents the balance of Love and Power, and that perfect Balance is the very center of this thoughtform of Freedom in the Heart of this First Realm.

It is My purpose this day to empower that perfect Balance within your own Christus. And let us be clear for the outer mind, that we speak of the inner power of God...... the power of the Sacred Fire, the power of God Reality. the power of the Cosmic Law to supersede all laws and all experiences in the Lower Plane, establishing Spiritual Freedom on this planet; not of any outer power associated with ego. To understand God's Power you must think as GOD thinks, not as man thinks. The outcome of God's perfect Power is always the Comfort of Holy Spirit; and you too can measure your lessons of becoming lovingly powerful by its effect of comfort on life around you!

You are here to become Priests and Priestesses of the Order of Zadkiel....... Priests and Priestesses of the Power of Sacred Fire! So fundamental is this to the work of our Beloved Saint Germain that it is part of the purpose of you physically being here in the beautiful Caribbean, where many of the aspects of the Seventh Ray are so tangibly evident in the Inner realm.

Be aware of your thoughts, your feelings, and your experiences while asleep, during this Holy week, for it is Our chance to personally train you; and with your purity of motive, empower you with the gifts of the Seventh Ray. I would ask you to invoke My Presence if you sense any trepidation in learning your lessons of power; for controlled Power is Master, proving that the inner Reality of life can be projected upon the outer screen of life, to hold in abeyance all outer circumstances until the Will of God is made manifest! And so saying, So Shall It Be!
