Good Morning! May I introduce myself to the Race of Humanity?

I AM the Angel of Consecration and Immaculate Conception. I AM the Archaii of the Fifth Ray, Divine Complement of Archangel Raphael. I AM known as ”Reginas" (pronounced Re-jean-as). I come to you now to help you understand the recent Revelations of the Godhead as to Divine Individualizations and Offices of the Spiritual Hierarchy, and to dispense my God qualities of Consecration and Immaculate Conception into the prepared Cup of the Year 1984.

Long before the Christian Drama actually unfolded on the physical plane, the "Principal Parts" were being designed as to the energy patterns necessary for their Victorious Accomplishment. Now just as the Master Jesus was chosen for the major role of Avatar to reveal the fullness of the Cosmic Christ, others were chosen to reveal different but just as necessary God qualities for the fruition of the coming Age.

As Jesus was overseen by Lord Maitreya, Mother Mary was overseen by myself as an avenue revealing Consecration and Immaculate Conception. And as the vibration of Jesus and Maitreya became ONE, so it was with Mary and me... One vibration, she the physical anchorage and I the Cosmic Reservoir.

Each and every major role in the Christian Drama had a Cosmic Being overseeing that role to assure its victory from the inner; Joseph overseen by Lord Zadkiel (whose Angelic Presence Mary alone saw when she first looked upon the physical Presence of Joseph); Apostle Peter - Archaii Faith; Apostle John - the Cosmic Spirit of Love (Archangel Chamuel and Lady Charity) Apostle Paul - Lady Pallas Athena; etc.

Each one had to struggle with initiations of the personality in order to clear the Cup for the flow of Inner God Powers directed through them but once this was accomplished each felt and knew the Spirit of God moving through them.

It was deemed wise by Lord Maitreya, that I remain submerged in identity in the role of Mother Mary through the Christian Age because the focus of Humanity's attention was so powerfully upon Mother Mary and much could be accomplished by maintaining that Divine Role alone. This may explain to you why intuitive contacts of the New Age felt so strongly Mother Mary as the Divine Complement of Lord Raphael, so powerfully had our vibration become ONE.

It is the same as it is with the Master Jesus, whose Divine Identity still holds such a powerful focus for the race of Humanity few of whom are aware of the actual Presence of Lord Maitreya as the Inner Power of the Christian Age. And so it was with Mother Mary and me. But with this tremendous focus on both their Divine Personage, each has evolved much faster as Cosmic Beings than would otherwise have been and for this Lord Maitreya and I are very grateful.

But now that "Mother Mary" stands revealed as the Lady Mercedes, Mother of the New Age of Spiritual Freedom, I too can reveal my true identity and service.

This great feminine Being whom you have loved so well as "Mother Mary" was initiated completely in this past Age in representing the Supreme Mother... and now that the qualities of Consecration and Immaculate Conception are firmly established within her Divine Nature, as Lady Mercedes, she can now bring to flower her true gifts of the Seventh Ray: of Spiritual Freedom; of OPPORTUNITY for every soul to understand and reach Christhood, the open door to "I AM" Consciousness; Divine Justice (where hope and expectancy are strong again in the breast of humankind) and the Supreme Love necessary to see this Earth transformed into an "I AM" Race of God Beings, through the grace of the Violet Transmuting Flame.

I bring this to your attention now so you may begin to realize more profoundly yourself, as Cells in the Group Avatar, that each has "a part" in the current drama being unfolded on the Earth and that Cosmic Beings now oversee your part as they did 2000 years ago for a different set of humble people. It is no different for you now than it was for those embodied in the early Christian Age to pass through initiations of personality and to allow for the forces of God Qualities and Radiation to flow through you in establishing a New Age. All is still carefully supervised by Lord Maitreya, as carefully as he oversaw the development of the Nazarene and the entire Christian Age.

Further, I would have you realize that this inner assistance or God Power is not static and may change Rays, Energy and Qualities playing through you. The state of "Listening Grace" is necessary to stay attuned to which Ascended Master or Angel you are currently joined with in service.

I implore you to stay attuned to this inner aspect of your service ("taking time to be Holy")... until as Mother Mary and I did, the two become One vibration and you truly have BECOME the God Gift embodied. And as you are becoming aware, the GROUP AVATAR IS EVERY GOD QUALITY EMBODIED AND ANCHORED INTO THE RACE OF HUMANITY THROUGH CHRISTED SOULS.

Many of the chelas already practice "not being of the world" and in so doing open themselves to greater releases from God's World. Remaining in this "flow" establishes the "joy of service" which the Masters of Wisdom have always spoken of in their service to God... and in your case it comes while anchoring the New Age.

The Complement of Archangel Uriel, known in the Inner Realms as Lady Donna Grace, is "the Lady full of Grace" in the Angelic Kingdom and also used the vehicle of "Mother Mary" to represent that mystic quality of Grace to the Human Kingdom during the past 2000 yrs. This Angelic Lady of Light has now stood forth herself in her own true Identity as the Angel Presence ensouling the Group Avatar, for every Representative of God... Avatar, Saints, Angelic Visitations, etc.  ...always comes forth in the Mystic Quality of Grace. You too, the collective Group Avatar, are now to come forth in God's full Grace to the Race of Humanity. God bless this my beloved sister of the Great Central Sun.

The Temple of the sacred Heart, an activity of the Sixth Sphere where the joining of the Body Elemental and the Soul occur, receives the combined Light, Presence and blessings of many of the Ladies of Heaven, including Lady Mercedes, Kwan Yin, Lady Donna Grace, my humble self and others.

We all attempt to alleviate as much as possible the rebellion and resentment of acquiring a body for the general masses, whose capacity for seeing embodiment as an opportunity (and then living out that opportunity as Divine Service) remains small. So the service needed here is great and Holy Mary asks that the attention she has received from her service there be spread among all the Sisters of Heaven serving here... Masters, Angels, Devas, etc; all representing the Divine Mother of Infinite Love and Compassion.

As a closing personal note, I have also been known as the Angel of Religion, for the Angels who consecrate Holy places, and Holy Ceremonies are under my direction. In the Service of the Cosmic Christ and World Teacher, we are found consecrating Holy people, Holy places and Holy ceremonies in all religions and activities of Humankind.

All religions have such ceremonies that transfer Light from the Divine into the human realms, AND THERE WE ARE. Look for me, for "I AM" soon to be found everywhere, in every man, woman, and child on this planet as a consecrated opportunity for God made manifest.
