From the Reservoir of All Life I, Lunara, speak to you. It is a great pleasure for Me to come into your group where the emotional calm is so beautiful. Oh, if only humanity could understand, and endeavor to calm his emotions, what could be done in a short time for this blessed planet! Anybody who comes to this beautiful land realizes there is something "different" here. They, who do not understand, just think it is a pleasant and beautiful country which indeed it is. But the emotional world is so beautiful, surrounded as it is by the Waters of Life. You all know that the water element makes up the greater part of this planet, as it does your own "planet", your lower vehicles.

That glorious element flowing through all your lower vehicles finds the Root of All Grace within the heart chakra, and that has a great effect on the radiation of all your vehicles.

I would like to make a special request of you, and it is a favor. If you each, individually, would spend one week and control all your emotions, come what may, keeping calm and serene, do you know what would happen by the time that seven days had elapsed? You would have done a great service to this planet because, as you know, all Life is ONE, and that beautiful, beautiful emotional calm flowing out could really encompass this Earth; and I ask that all chelas who wish to blend with the radiation of My Being join in the exercise of seven days tuning in to the emotional calm which I hold in My embrace.

The turbulent waters of the seas are disturbed by humankind's effluvia, and yet can be calm when the undines are at peace, and the water ripples so calmly and beautifully in a rhythmic manner. Let the rhythm of your breath be calm, and it will not only give you individually a wonderful feeling of breathing with the Breath of The Almighty, but others will be affected.

All with whom you come into contact will wonder about the beautiful feeling of calm, and how it has been accomplished. It will become a sign to others to follow your way of living. No one needs to go into any detail, but just go about at all times being a calming presence to all Life. That can be accomplished if you would only make the effort to employ the Rhythmic Breath. As the waters come up onto the shore and then recede in and out, breathing in and out, through the combined service of Lord Neptune, Beloved Pelleur and Myself, all Life is breathing in and breathing out.

Any disturbance on this planet can be quelled, be it an individual locality, national or planetary, but first of all and foremost, humanity must learn individually what it means to breathe in unison with The Almighty. Breathing in and breathing out, breathing in and breathing out, in a manner just like living water flowing through all of your vehicles. Do you not feel it now! As I speak to you the undines in your being are rejoicing that they have an opportunity to serve and fulfill their Divine Plan. Just feel for a moment the Blessing which is being given to you and to all life who will breathe in a rhythmic manner.

We have spoken through the years and through the centuries of the Rhythmic Breath and yet humanity still goes about "huffing and puffing" and getting so agitated if something disturbs him. It is so simple to employ the rhythmic, calming breath at all times.

Children of the Light, it is indeed a tremendous privilege for Me to be here with you, faithful followers of the Teachings of The Great White Brotherhood. As you know, and as I have said, the greater portion of this planet is made up of the water element, so feel yourself gliding through the waters of life with the beautiful stroke of the Rhythmic Breath. The Breath will carry you through safely at all times no matter what may come into your path. If anybody or anything endeavors to disturb you, quickly turn your attention to the Rhythmic Breath and remain calm and serene. It is your bounden duty! As you contemplate the Rhythmic Breath, flowing through the "I AM" Consciousness at all times, you will indeed know that you found the way home.... FOUND THE WAY HOME!

On this Island of Tranquility, privileged you are. People who come to your shores think "how beautiful," "What a lovely country," many not realizing it is the very atmosphere created here by those who abide in loving unity with the Elemental Kingdom, and have such a great love for the sea.

Those who have their being in this wonderful, refreshing, renewing, Rhythmic Breath, breathing in and breathing out with the tide, are the perfect example of the use of The Holy Breath. Be very still and I shall hold you responsible for keeping the Breath flowing in Love. In Love I ask you from the very depths of My Being to try to continue the Rhythmic Breath for the balance of this year and all the unrest on this planet can be dispelled.

I give you My word, and surely know that from the center of Consciousness "I AM", I speak only Truth.

Your radiation is enfolding Me in the most beautiful feeling of Dedication. Carry that radiation wherever you walk and it will do for your fellow-man the most tremendous service that can be given.

Be an example of living life the way it is intended to be.
