Summer Conference Address

Shamballa, Long Island

July 16, 1981

"I AM" Lady Circulata, and truly have I been called this morning from the great, great Silence, not only in ancient tradition, but by the great beck and call of your sweet Divine Love. Would you kindly be seated.

This day is dedicated to my namesake, "The Circle". You live, move, breathe and have your being in a circle. The Thought Form for this day is three circles representing myself and two beautiful Spirits who are with me this morning. The largest circle, if you will envision it, is my humble self. The circle within that is that of beloved Lady Immaculata. And the circle within that is the circle of beloved Lady Clove, the Silent Watcher of Long Island - and you are within each of our circles.

This day you will also make a circle in whatever trip you choose to make in taking the exquisite radiation and, in the name of beloved Lady Clove, saturating Long Island - north, south, east and west with the Light of this Summer Conclave. And I would ask you especially this day to remember the Elementals as you go forth in your circle and discover that, although I have mentioned three circles, the intertwining circles of the Elemental Kingdom are endless. 

A circle is Sacred Space and I would ask you to acknowledge the Elemental Beings whose Sacred Space you pass through so lightly. Even in the most populated cities on the Planet are these great Elemental Spirits of my own kingdom who do their utmost to sustain Sacred Space in their circle. Acknowledge them. From the greatest that you call "Silent Watchers", to the tiniest in your environment around you, each Elemental trying to maintain Sacred Space. In this acknowledgement of the Elemental Kingdom you will discover that that is all they need to further their service to humankind. You are aware that humanity has embodied on this Planet as the superior Kingdom and the Divine Plan held in my own Heart issued from the Fiat of Helios and Vesta - is that the Elemental Kingdom will come and serve humanity and that humankind will give loving recognition in return. That is all the Spirit needs, naught else - loving recognition - and we will grow and we will prosper. You have seen the effects when humanity does not give loving recognition, in fact, gives the opposite and then you see elementals that do not grow and do not prosper but, rather, reflect back to humankind his own anger, his own fear and all the negative attributes that have been created and have filled some of this Sacred Space.

My own sphere of influence, my own circle is the entire Universe, the Seven Planets of Helios and Vesta and you live in my Sacred Space and you have acknowledged my Presence this day and that is all the loving recognition that I require and as I have said, and I shall repeat, give that same loving recognition to the Sacred Space of the Elemental Kingdom around you at all times and you will see in your own environment the Elemental Kingdom prosper and grow. You are well versed in the Law and you know that your environment foremost includes your physical, etheric mental and emotional vehicles.

"I AM" from the Kingdom of Shining Ones, the Devas, Elemental Spirits, who as they grow and prosper develop into Silent Watchers, and I ask you to know this day that Devas of my own court are with you as you traverse Long Island, as you traverse this Earth - for you are in the circle of Lady Clove - you are in the circle of Lady Immaculata - you are in my circle. You shall be in the circle of many different Elemental Beings and Spirits through this day no matter which direction you choose to go. And always, you are in the circle of your own Light.

Have you wondered why in esoteric paintings the Causal Body was described in circle? The circle is simply completeness and before you took embodiment on this Planet you completed the circle through each of the Seven Spheres so that your own great circle, which you would leave as a heritage for this Earth, would have in its completeness each of the attributes of God on all the Seven Rays that unfold in the Universe of Helios and Vesta. You may call to me for the attributes of my Causal Body, which literally make up the space in which you are currently evolving. My gifts are yours. This is my service to life and this is my kingdom's service to Life. All we ask in return is loving recognition of our Sacred Space.

Have a pleasant day with my Elemental brothers and sisters. And take the Light, but as you take the Light and expand it (centrifugal), remember the Love (centripetal - cohesive) that has to match that Light as you expand it. Believe me, the radiation that I stepped into, the circle of this Summer Conference, is filled with such love and such a feeling of unity. Beloved Micah will be with you on your journeys in, through and around Long Island, the waters, out to the tip and into New York City and shall be accompanying each one of your efforts to establish and maintain the love of the Group Avatar.

Lord Michael's Legions will be with you for protection and safety. My own Legions shall be with you to continually introduce you to the series of circles which you shall enter and leave this day, as an example of the way Life is in our Kingdom.
