For the tremendous service that has been given from this sanctuary through you dedicated chelas, I approached Mother Mary, spokesman of the Karmic Board, and I asked her for a special dispensation and that is - that each of you - at no matter what time - and I hope it will be many, many years hence — that when you make the Transition you will only spend three days in the preparatory Ascension Temples, when I will raise my arms and give you your full Freedom in the Light! Thank you for standing. Please be seated. I do not know as yet of any group that I would dare to ask Mother Mary for this dispensation. Your dedication, your service is without parallel and before I take our Mother Mary's time, will you kindly stand for that Holy Lady, Mother Mary.

Dear, dear children in the human family, I give you my love and my blessing - would you kindly be seated.

Here in Santo Domingo you are the greatest expression of the human family which must come forth and I expect you to use that wonderful radiation of unity to spread that Light, that example all over the planet! You are well acquainted that there are many children that shall come forth from the blending of the Heart’s Light of Lady Mercedes and Lord Saithrhu. Could you but see all those blessed ones that will be consecrated during May of this year for a sojourn on Earth, to quickly bring in the New Age. You would also see that without a group such as this, they might have to stay in the heavenly realms longer. I bow to your dedication which permits this and I am deeply grateful that you have tuned in with the Anthem of the New Age children. I hope that it will be made available to all groups all over this dear planet. I am privileged to tell you that as a result of your dedication Sanat Kumara, the Cosmic Christ, is in the atmosphere over this building today to further nourish the Christ which is blazing within each of you - to say nothing of Lord Divino who came to represent Lord Gautama and our blessed teacher, Kuthumi.

I could go on and on for the heavens above this sanctuary are filled with Beings and I have brought my Legions of Light, to say nothing of the Angels of the Ascension, some of whom will stay here permanently to keep the vibratory action always raising higher and higher - now each of you is important - each has a separate service, even as we in the Ascended and Cosmic realms. You played the "Ave Marie" with such great feeling and instead of "Hail Mary!" I say "Hail to your Light"!

There is one other subject I would like to speak upon. You all know of the focuses of healing that have been established all over this planet, most notably of these, the one at Lourdes. Many go for healing. Many do not receive the healing and the reason for this — do not be offended — is the "lack of faith" — some stumbling block in their own beings to full acceptance. When one is in pain or distress of any kind, it is difficult I know — to know without doubt when you step into the focus of Lourdes, healing takes place. That very same healing can take place right in this temple, the temple of your heart. Everybody who stands before you and makes certain prayers in our names must prove that which they have vowed to do. Dear children I love each of you because one is no more important than the other and I want you to understand as was said yesterday at one of the meetings in the homes, the Training Center for Healing at Shamballa is to get those who have the ability to tell others the procedure for healing. It is not a Center at the present time of direct or immediate healing — all will be trained how to help others. Do not forget there are four lower vehicles, the lower or physical is just the outpicturing of that which is within. If some ailment is apparent or felt, it is entirely up to the individual to learn through purification. the acceptance of the Faith which we can instill in your hearts.

I assure you and perhaps most of you know the blessed Jesus had sufficient Light in his Causal Body to give instantaneous healing to those who had the need and accepted. Perhaps through all the healing calls that have been made to my humble self my Causal Body is sufficient in size to help each of you, or any friend you may have. Remember it is the acceptance of faith. I do not intend this as a sermon. It is a lesson of a mother to her children. As Queen of the Angels I place an Angel of Healing in each of your auras. Many, many Seventh Root Race children will be coming in this May in South and Central America, but Santo Domingo will get the most evolved. When I say "evolved" each has to have special training in the various spheres before they may take embodiment. It is going to be my great pleasure to give a special blessing and a heart prayer they will be so evolved that I feel quite sure they will illumine many of you because the veil is very thin. They can see what requires to be done and I will give many a passing remark to advise you what to do. And I give a special blessing to those parents whom, I will say, have raised their hands in the inner levels and volunteered to bring these blessed ones forth. If your are of that group just pray for the further purification of this blessed Island and all life hereon. I hope, I pray and I will go so far as to say, as well as all the Spiritual Hierarchy, I depend upon each of you, for great is your service - and so it shall continue to be.

I bow to your Light and I know that what I have said will be fulfilled. The blessings of the mighty Alpha and Omega be upon each of you and this entire island.
