Silent Watcher of Long Island

When the Planetary Logoi take the responsibility of creating a physical planet for the evolution of humanity, they receive from the Heart of God the Divine Plan for the planet and its people. This Plan contains the fore-ordained destiny of the planet and each lifestream chosen to incarnate thereon.

From the Heart of Creation is loaned the Substance of the Four Elements to be used in this manifestation of God's Love. Each incarnating lifestream is given a particular responsibility in the evolution and progress of the race toward the fulfillment of this Plan which is throbbing in the ethers... and there is charged into every heart the Creative Fire which contains that part of the Divine Plan which each one is to manifest.

As the electrons descend into the physical heart they carry with them the knowledge and inner realization of their part in the Divine Plan. Substance and energy without limit are given to each lifestream who, at its own discretion, is to fulfill its part in the evolution of the planet. There is no lifestream who has not a duty and responsibility to the whole - just as every thread must be woven into the material of your tapestry to make a complete picture.

The individual lifestreams who had at first adhered completely to every direction from the Heart of God fulfilled their part quickly, and the Divine Plan progressed through the co-operative action of all. It was then an easy task for the Silent Watchers of the Nations to harmoniously blend the gentle, humble spirits into manifestations of exquisite beauty.

At the time of the fall of man, when he first began to use the substance and energy of God to create expressions that had no being in God's Plan, we first faced the great crises that came about through disobedience, arrogance and the egotism of the outer self - who felt itself important enough to live apart from God.

For many thousands of years the outer selves have continued to create the ever-increasing chaos manifested when and since they left the Garden of Eden. From time to time the Cosmic Law and the Spiritual Hierarchy have wiped out their frightful creations and allowed Nature to throw off the substance imposed upon it by the willful misuse of energy.

We now enter the final phase of humanity's expression on Earth when they must again willingly surrender all rights and authority and power to the Higher Self and come gracefully back to the fulfillment of their responsibilities to Life - to their fellowman and to the Divine Plan... and through facing their God, find their part in the evolution of this System of Worlds and then humbly express through manifestation their service for the whole.

The students and chelas have intellectually accepted this, but in an analysis of the self, you will find that most of their acts, thoughts and feelings are still prompted by the satisfaction of the outer self, through human will or the desires of other personalities.

Humanity must come to a point where he honestly faces his Source and offers back unto that Source his mind, his body, his life and all he has... and then he must be constant and honest enough to that Presence to allow only the Divine Will to express through him.

One God was, is, and always will be the only Directing Intelligence of the lifestream, and wise is the man who rests his head on the bosom of the Father and lets the rest of the world go by.

In my privileged capacity of Silent Watcher for Long Island it is most gratifying to see the expansion of the Light hereon and the various Components of the Divine Design for this Holy Isle coming into being,

The Asala Festival

At the time of the full moon in July, the great Lord Divino (the present Buddha, formerly known as Lord Maitreya) honors the Anniversary of the first sermon given by his great teacher, Lord Gautama (now Lord of the World) when Lord Gautama became the Buddha many centuries ago.

Each year Lord Divino gives forth the same sermon to the Brotherhood and their chelas who gather in the garden of his home in the Himalayan Mountains, adding to it a short address of his own. While Beloved Lord Divino usually is in residence at Shamballa, he still maintains his home in the Himalayan Mountains.
