Eve of the Inauguration of President Carter

Dear heart friends, how I love you, and I thank you for playing that lilting music - the beautiful waltz that took me back many years when I still walked the Earth and I felt the vibratory action of God's Holy Love, the upliftment of Spirit in that melodious music.

How I love you, each dear heart - I love you more than I ever could put into words, but I hope that the feeling which I release this evening will prove to you my Love.

Stalwart friends of Freedom so privileged, through your dedication to take part in a Cosmic Hour in the Earth's evolution - the Third Century for the United States of America, the Heart of Freedom.

And before I proceed with my message, I should like to tell you that standing on the platform with me is the mighty El Morya and our Beloved Godfre, Father of this Country, but I have the singular privilege of speaking to you this evening because of the position which I hold of Lord and King of the Seventh Ray. Always feel that "I AM" accessible to you at a heart call - we are all one Heart in the great Cosmic Scheme of Creation - One in the Heart of God! Never feel because I have progressed a little on the Ladder of Evolution that I do not welcome you at any time... come to me - come to me, and sit with me and talk - sit by my side and pour out your thoughts to me - when you need advice, or any counsel, I shall give it to you willingly. You are blessed beyond words to be at this Holy Meeting this evening - this tremendous Cosmic Moment - you are preparing the way for the great Angelic Beings for the anchoring of the Ray of Spiritual Freedom... Divine Government... for this Planet. Think of that! You may have thought many times, "Oh, why go on... I never seem to progress." Well, that is just the outer talking. We all have gotten weary at times but it is necessary to forge on as you have done. Imagine of all the peoples on this Planet, none are as blessed as are you on this holy night.

The Heavens are filled with Cosmic Beings and the complex above Washington is peopled with Ascended and Cosmic Beings sending forth their Rays of Light into this city... and as some have said into "suburban Washington" meaning the State of Virginia. Our Beloved Godfre, how he loved Virginia - he still does. Think what it means to him as really the originator of government for these United States to have earned the name of Father of this Country. Now he sees coming to fruition that which God intended, and he is so grateful to each of you - and all the chelas. The God of obedience which he is will always be at your side to assist you.

And need I say the drive of the mighty El Morya, you all understand that our glorious exponent of God's Will forges ahead with the Divine Purpose to be accomplished - he never deviates for a moment from that Purpose - and how well he has prepared for the Cosmic Moment, for the Ray of Light to go through the physical body and the inner bodies of President Elect Carter and all the Members of his Cabinet, and all Government Officials - even all elected Officials in any Town, Hamlet, City or State in this Country will receive a transfusion of the Will of God into their consciousness!

We are at the Dawn of a New Day - the day of Spiritual Freedom - holy, holy is this night... the Angels are singing, sending forth the Radiation of Harmony all over this Planet... these United States in particular, who are to set the example for all upon this Earth. And I have the privilege of telling you that today the Flame of Harmony was anchored here in Washington, D.C. there shall always be a Ray from the Heart of Beloved LaMorae in Washington...

Harmony as we know, is the keynote... through harmonious living can one accomplish the Christ Estate - when all the vehicles are in alignment, even as we are bringing the Heart into Divine Order, so will the other components of the Body of this Planet come into line. May I suggest that you tune in daily to Cosmic Harmony and feel that Light flow through your beings at all times!

Now I should like to tell you just a little why we have had such extreme weather... the etheric records here in this country, particularly in this our Nation's Capital, have been in "Deep Freeze" as it were, so that nothing could prevent the anchorage of the Ray of Spiritual Government into this Nation and all these records are held in abeyance waiting for the Cosmic Ray to strike tomorrow! And you, my dear chelas, the privileged friends of Heaven are creating a Pathway of Light from Heaven's Realms - right from the Heart of the Beloved Alpha and Omega comes the Ray of Spiritual Freedom and Divine Government for this Planet - channeled by the mighty Hercules, Lord Michael and the mighty Morya, and all Beings who serve on this Ray, is that not an honor! Through your dedication to the Light you are here this evening and I know not words to thank you, my sweet friends of Freedom.

And I ask all of you, as you retire this evening, to have your Sponsor who is waiting for you to take you to the specific area of Washington set out for you, selected for you, to draw a Ray of Light from Heaven's Realms right into the substance of the Earth - clearing the way for the Cosmic Moment tomorrow.

O dear ones, I love you - how I love you - you will not understand until you are Ascended and Free the mighty Service which you are rendering by being in this holy Sanctuary this night. And it is not happenstance that this particular lectern is in your Sanctuary - it was given to you by the mighty Master Morya! Over this lectern came forth the words of the Cosmic and Ascended Host, through our Beloved Lady Miriam - beautiful Lady of Light. And as we have told you so many times, Lady Miriam is so grateful to each and every one of you for carrying on in The Bridge to Freedom that which she begun with Beloved El Morya and my humble self.

Now just visualize tremendous circles of Angelic Beings in the atmosphere - see the Angels of my Legions in a brilliant deep Purple... and then see the Legions of Purity, of the Ascension Flame, outside that Circle, and then the Legions of Protection - Protection which one has when they are obedient to the Will of God. Tune in - see those glorious Legions, each sending forth their Rays of Light into the Earth.

You know much preparation had to take place so there would be no interference, and we now have a beautiful atmosphere through which that Cosmic Ray can enter this Earth... and know, my beloved Heart friends that you, each and everyone, and every dedicated chela of The Bridge, is part of that Ray!

I now enfold you in the obedient Love of the Beloved Godfre, the will of God from Beloved El Morya, and the Freedom and Love of my Being.

No lifestream that incarnates receives in any embodiment more karma than his development will allow him to completely expiate within that life. There is no disease, no distress or condition which, through the Law of Justice and Mercy, is to be experienced by any lifestream in that embodiment that is greater than the developed consciousness and power of the individual to whom that karma rightfully belongs. This is the LAW and you may tell it from the housetops.

Man has said that the Lord (Law) prepares the back for the burden. That is true, to a degree, but the Law does not inflict the burden of returning energy upon the lifestream until, within the Flame in the heart and the capacity in the consciousness, there is the potential power to balance that debt.
