The Great Karmic Board
Beloved Holy Æolus
Who are the Great Beings known as the Lords of Karma? What is their office, and how did such a Council come into being?
This is a very interesting subject, and one that has been little discussed. It is time that the members of the human race learn that it is a Board of Appeal as well as a Board of Justice and Government, because when an appeal is sent in by some member of the race who has sufficient backing in motive and design, it is met with more interest and has more chance of success than when this great Council is approached by a being who no longer is of the human race, although serving.
When each Planet is completed, and the evolution of its own inhabitants begins its long unfoldment and its development, those beings who offer to be the protection and guide for the Planet immediately establish a Governing Body which is representative of the Will of God, an entirely impersonal and loving focus of the Intelligent Father-Mother Principle under the direction of the Great Manu of the race.
This Great Board or Council is given full authority to regulate the action and reaction of Divine Law in whatsoever manner they see, in collective council, is for the greatest benefit of the peoples under the care and protection of such a Board. They are the Cosmic Law so far as the Planet is concerned.
In the evolution of the Planet where there is no discord and no shadow, their Service is entirely that of Love, and there are no decisions which bring forth the expressions of the early Jury under the Jehovic Aspect of the 'wrath of God,' but rather only the Love Aspect and the gentle Faith of which the Beloved Jesus spoke.
In the case of the Planet Earth, the Karmic Council has had one of the most difficult tasks of any group of Beings representative of God's Will embodying impersonal justice, and yet desirous sincerely of expressing Pure Divine Love.
When the band was established around the periphery of Earth in order to keep the discord of the vibrations of the Planet from interfering with interstellar space - it was this Karmic Board who established that restraining wall.
The loss of consecutive consciousness was another result of the disobedience of the peoples, and now as the race is beginning to awaken to the fact that these Laws, although Universal in their scope, may be softened or set aside when the greatest good of the greatest number is at stake, so we can see that to stand before the Judgment Seat can become a great Act of Mercy as well as one of initiative. The Karmic Board welcome the BOLD who come with a design or proposition which will enable them, in some measure, to soften the decisions of Justice by Mercy.
The return of the Divine Memory of humanity with its full, conscious remembrance of all the Glory that each had in the Beginning would be one of the greatest gifts in the hands of the Brotherhood, who are so dependent upon the chelas, and must wait with hands folded, year after year, while a contact is formed, developed, and matured, then but to lose that contact after a short earth-life, and then try, through some other means, to secure another equally willing instrument.
This would be a tremendous boon, not only to the lifestreams evolving upon the Earth, but would hasten the forward progress of the Planet into the full Perfection of the Permanent Golden Age. Let none be timid in their Petitions to the Lords of karma, for you do not know what Master or Group of Beings may be waiting for the appeal from the children of Earth to release the Energy required for the fulfillment of a Petition which would be a boon to this Earth and all thereon!

Thy law that sets all life free.
