Rays of Spiritual Illumination

Beloved Children of the One Eternal God, I bring you this day the Peace of Heaven, the Peace which your dear souls so much require in order to set into the divine pattern, your feelings, your thoughts, your memories and your flesh. Without Peace, there is no soul unascended who can know the stability of dwelling constantly and consciously in the Heart and Presence of Gods so as we listened to your magnificent decrees, songs, visualizations and calls upon the behalf of the many millions of lifestreams that are passing this month through the initiation and consecration at the Sacred Heart Temple, we thought of how many ages it has been since unascended beings have consciously worked with Ascended Beings on a cosmic purpose, with no veil between, and the energies and vital interest of the unascended, being given to us certain dispensations and certain opportunities for service which would otherwise be denied us.

There are three classes! There are the beautiful Beings like the Buddhas - God-free Beings - and many again have returned for opportunity to take embodiments some God-free Beings have come from other Systems and Stars. This represents one group who come when they know the Karmic Board is to meet and pass upon those who will take embodiment within the year.

Now this is a vast and complex procedure, beloved ones, that the outer mind cannot fully cognize. You have your God-free Beings who volunteer to become part of the Karma and part of the race. You have the chelas of the various Masters of the Seven Rays who have seen something of the divine pattern and plan at inner levels, and who are desirous of cooperating with their Master by coming into embodiment, particularly at this time in building the Permanent Golden Age. Then you have the great numbers of lifestreams that must in justice be allowed reembodiment within a certain span of years.

In this one group that is rather enjoying the sojourn in the heaven world, there is the place where you might find if you would call it so, a sorrow in the summons to rebirth, because it is a very happy place compared to the previous Earth life. It is a place where there are great freedoms in the etheric body; it is a place where new associations are made between comrade Spirits, as well as old associations on Earth are renewed with people who had great love one for the other. When the summons comes from the Karmic Board, and the Messengers go out, North, and East, South and West. They are always known by the Scales of Justice that they wear upon the breast of their garments and they carry with them the scrolls which are the summons for the soul to appear before the Karmic Board and perhaps be chosen to leave this realm of Elysian Fields and come into embodiment.

When these great Messengers go forth, there is more than a little distress and fluttering in the consciousness of the various members of these realms where re-embodiment is necessary. There is always a sigh of relief breathed when house or estate is passed by and left untouched.

There are the partings, the partings of a loved one from its lover; a mother from a younger soul, its child; these partings come and there is a certain agony in the soul of the one who must accompany the Messenger to the Karmic Board and enter into the Halls of Karma, and there they are arranged in the seven colors representative of the Ray to which they belong. At the head you have either the Archangel, the Elohim or the Chohan representative of that Ray. Then behind that great Being, the grouping widens like a pie-wedge, and the Master (Chohan, Archangel or Elohim); sometimes just one represents the group, sometimes all three are in the front.

Behind them are the voluntary lifestreams who are God-free. They stand, as in the case of a Buddha, he would stand behind the beloved Kuthumi and Jophiel, Constance and Cassiopeia, and in the case of the other Beings, whatever Ray they particularly wanted to serve. They stand behind that Being, and the Karmic Board is facing the entire assembly. Behind them the God-free Beings, the Second Ray has the other Buddhas too. Behind them are the chelas, the conscious chelas of the Masters who have been studying in Hilarion's Temple or in any one of the Chohans' Temples, who have been interested in the New Age, in the period of self realization, purification and the building of the permanent Golden Age. They all stand in their rank behind their Master, within their Ray.

First, the Ascended Masters present the Beings from the other Realms who want to help and assist. These Beings, of course, themselves speak to the Members of the Karmic Board and to the Messengers from Helios and Vesta, Alpha and Omega. The Karmic Board then studies carefully the pattern for the year and the pattern for the entire two thousand year Cycle, and then weighs whether the sacrifice of this God-free lifestream is worth the permission to allow such a one to embody.

Now these are the God-free! Behind them you have your chelas - people like yourselves, some even a little more advanced who are waiting at the Gates of Birth and who must prove to the Karmic Board that if they do come in just as you did, that they will do something for the Master, particularly the blessed Saint Germain, and that their gift and momentum is such that they could be embodied. Here we hear many impassioned pleas and much blazing of Causal Bodies takes place, and all the 'merits' of the lifestream are demonstrated.

You stood there not so long ago and when you came, two stayed home; and I think often that you wish it was reversed and you could have remained at home and the other two had come! These blessed ones are in the full fresh heat of enthusiasm and they, too, like yourselves not long since, are determined that their gifts and momentums are really going to save this race and this planet! The Karmic Board is such a magnificent Board, beloved ones; I do not understand how they can keep from smiling at the various displays of the talents and professions! Yet, except for an expression around the eyes, you hardly would realize that they had animate Holy Christ Selves within their Hearts, they are so still and so impassionate.

When these chelas come forth, they always have a Sponsor. After they have spoken and persuaded the Karmic Board according to their own Light as to their worth, the Karmic Board then asks for the Sponsor and the Sponsor comes forth (that is always an Ascended Being or a member of the Angelic Host) and that one offers to make up for any deficit. Now that is a very important thing for the Sponsor to do, because you see there is the obligation by the Karmic Board to let the masses behind these chelas - to let so many of them into embodiment within a year, because they have to have Earth experiences for certain developments and mastery.

So there is a limit to how many of these good chelas which have great talents that can come in, because the ones behind them must also be chosen. After they are chosen, their names are called, they are looked over and they are worked into a pattern as well as their dear lifestreams will allow a pattern that will help the planet Earth as they grow to manhood or to womanhood.

After they have been passed by the Karmic Board, then comes the service which I have rendered with great joy and happiness for many, many centuries of time, the blessing of the souls who are chosen and passed by the Karmic Board and who are ready to seek embodiment through the parents of this race upon the Earth within the coming twelve-month period.
