Gratitude and Blessings, beloved Hearts of Light! As I come into your midst this day I enfold you in the Flame of Cosmic Peace, which it is my privilege to bring through the Grace of the Father-Mother God. 

I invite you to feel the encompassing Love of the mighty Helios and Vesta, God-Parents of this Planet, as I, their Messenger saturate the Planet Earth and her evolutions in the Flame of Cosmic Peace. 

The Gratitude from the Spiritual Hierarchy is flowing to you, dear chelas, in great intensity as this Holy Essence is coursing through your beings. You have all progressed tremendously in the Light this year, and I bring you the Essence of Peace so that this advancement will expand and endure. Peace is a Mantle of Protection against the negative forces which would seek to intrude and dissipate the God Quality or Qualities which you have developed. The Peace which I am privileged to bring is a very POSITIVE QUALITY and embodies great Love in its Holy Essence. This Peace has the Strength of steel and by its very nature is a constant pulsation of Pure Divine Love the cohesive Power of the Almighty. 

Through centuries of training which finally enabled me to qualify for and become an Elohim on the Sixth Ray of Peace and Ministration, many, many times in my endeavors to perform the service assigned to me, I experienced great trials and tribulations! These, of, course, strengthened the Flame of Constancy within me and my Spirit was brought to the threshold of God's Heart, where the Flame of Pure Divine Love can truly be felt, and at that time one can say with conviction - "yes, I now know the Truth of Being". In that assurance, the Spirit goes steadily forward in fulfilling the Plan of the Father-Mother God. Oh... I faltered many, many times along the Path, but through perseverance the feeling nature was developed to the point where I KNEW the Will of God in his Divine Plan for me individually. 

I speak of my experience at this time for you blessed chelas have progressed to the point on the Spiritual Path where a great evolution of Spirit is taking place, and to sustain this advancement, I humbly counsel you to daily invoke the Flame of Cosmic Peace to fill your beings and to protect you as you become engaged in Cosmic Precipitation. While you know, of course, that you are precipitating with every breath that flows through you, please become so at one with the Flame of Cosmic Peace that its Radiation will bless you and enrich all life in its enfolding Presence! 

You may think my advice is repetitious, but the attaining and sustaining of Peace in all your endeavors is VITAL as you proceed with us in the bringing forth of the Permanent Golden Age of Freedom upon this Earth. You will remember my words at a later time as you go into more expanded Service to the Light. My heart pleads with you, and I say in true humility that it takes but a moment to ask me daily to blaze the Flame of Cosmic Peace through your vehicles. The Reservoir of my Being is filled with this glorious Essence and I can only release as much to you as you desire. It is my heart prayer that you will so enjoy its comforting radiation that you will call this Flame into the situations of discord which you see manifest upon this Earth-plane. 

Think for a moment of all the blessed Holy Christ Selves within the hearts of mankind who are imprisoned and are not permitted to express themselves, as the outer personality of so many of mankind flail each other with invectives of a discordant nature as well as through the negative feeling worlds. I am not referring to statements which are given which are by their very nature intended to assist a fellow traveler on the Path through knowledgeable direction, but to those utterances which are indiscriminately sent forth in retaliation and in rebellion against places, conditions and things. 

You see it is important that the chelas remember that it is the FEELING WORLD which must be guarded at all times, for it is the emotional activity which propels anything and everything into manifestation - constructive or otherwise. The word 'emotion' is synonymous with feeling, and it is well to remember that fact. Time and time again We have stated that all energy seeks its own level, so the more Peace which flows from your beings, the more you receive on the return current, and the less the Earth and her evolutions is subjected to a radiation of an inharmonious nature, further energizing that which is already present! 

When the Sun releases its Holy Radiation upon the Earth, the feeling world of those abiding hereon is bathed in its Essence and the trials and tribulations which beset mankind are more easily met and resolved, for the feeling world receives that Benediction of Light into itself. The same is true when the Light of your own individual 'Sun' sends forth its Light! 

You cannot just have a half-hearted desire to be a Peace Commanding Presence, you must do something about it, and through constancy in using the training and protection which we give will you then attain that Goal. Otherwise, like the tiny elemental given an assignment, you would be quickly buffeted by the strong winds which play upon one during the growth of his Spirit. I know whereof I speak and it is for this reason I specifically counsel you at this great hour in the evolution of this Planet, and in your own advancement as well, that you use and use and use the Flame of Cosmic Peace. 

Oh, I have within my Being so much of this glorious Essence which I have been privileged to develop through the centuries that I beg of you, I beseech you to become further acquainted with its glorious service to all life! Please, dear chelas, invite me into your hearts and homes I come not as a beggar, but as a Dispenser of this glorious Virtue of the Godhead. Open your hearts, oh, open your hearts and let me in". 

There is great rejoicing and gratitude in the Hearts of the Spiritual Hierarchy assembled at the Central Focus of Shamballa as we see the expansion of the Light and the fulfillment of the Plans presented to you taking place at the physical Focus on Long Island: I can tell you with authority that the winds of adversity have raged through here with cyclonic action, but through the dedication in the hearts of the beloved chelas of The Bridge to Freedom, particularly those privileged to live on the Sacred Grounds, has developed to attain and sustain Harmony, that we are grateful in the extreme to each and every dedicated chela in this Avenue of Light for holding sufficient Harmony to permit us to say "PROCEED - go ahead!" 

Again I say, it is imperative that all the chelas who have pledged themselves to the restoration of the Planet Earth remember that Peace and Harmony, which are synonymous, be maintained. 

I reiterate that all precipitation to be of a lasting nature - no matter what the Virtue or Quality or manifestation - must be protected by the enfolding Flame of Cosmic Peace. Take the elementary lesson - if one has built a lovely home, and then someone, through inharmony, destroys its beauty - consider how the components of that structure and the Spirit of the home feel as they are visibly or invisibly shattered through discordant action! All life, no matter in what form, is alive and pulsating with the Light of the Cosmos and when the electrons (we will give them that designation) are thrown out of alignment there is an undermining activity going on in that structure. When one receives an injury to the physical body, you know the pain which ensues and the blessed elementals within your being set to work rebuilding the injured area. The same is true in all physical manifestations! Purity and Protection of the purpose must be maintained through constant loving Harmony so the Cosmic Plan which had been ordained for this Earth will not be impeded by inharmony, but will go forward in an accelerated manner. 

Will you now please enter as deeply as possible into the Flaming Presence of God within your hearts surrender your ALL on the Altar of Love... as my Beloved Pacifica and I saturate your beings with the Flame of Cosmic Peace, that is good... and you shall remember this Benediction as you daily invoke this Glorious Flame for the Blessing of all life, everywhere. 

The Angels of Peace have been traversing the Planet since the beginning of this Address and they shall continue in this service through the concluding Class this coming Sunday. A word of counsel to the wise - they will do so in intensified activity IF you will but make the call for them to saturate the Earth and all her evolutions with Cosmic Peace, for added invocation from the children of Earth is a command on that service, and I can assure you that you will be the recipients of Blessings which you know not of which will greatly forward your own evolution.
