Gracious Ladies and Gentlemen, how very grateful "I AM" to come into your midst today and endeavor, through the release of my words, to impress upon your consciousness the gravity of the condition in which this Planet finds herself. 

Surely you can realize the importance of this when a glance at your Program for this Class apprises you that all the Members of the Karmic Board are here to address you! 

Please do not be tense in your feelings. We are Beings of Pure Love and Mercy in its fullest expression. 

I do not have to reiterate the chaotic conditions which are rampant upon this Earth today. You are aware, to a degree, of that which is manifesting and it is your responsibility to go into action to change this upheaval into a semblance of Peace - not only the Peace to which the mind usually turns which refers to the physical activity of war, one Nation against another, but also to the unrest of a negative nature which is the result of the stirring of the Flame of Freedom from limitation of the human self, which is being felt in the hearts of all mankind. 

Now, I come to you to give you a dynamic release of God's Energy - the Sacred Fire required to awaken and fire into action those who know something of the Spiritual Law! Please, I implore you, listen carefully to what I have to tell you, not just portions of my statements, but to the fullness thereof, so that there will be no misconstruing of that which I have to say. 

The Day of Judgment is at hand! 

And we, the Governing Board, relating to Karma, have come in Pure Divine Love, not to pass judgment, as that statement might be construed in the outer, for reckoning in the Spiritual Realm is an activity which provides the way and means of correction of erroneous negative causes which have been set up in the past. We, the Karmic Board, after careful deliberation suggest the steps to be taken by an individual or group of individuals to transmute, through the Divine Alchemy of the Sacred Fire, the imperfect causes which are pulsating in, through and around the atmosphere of Earth. These are not static cores of imperfection, but active, pulsating masses of tremendous density!

At the close of each embodiment, as you are aware, all individuals appear before the Karmic Board to render an accounting of the manner in which they have used God's Holy Energy in that embodiment and to see it placed beside that which he or she was capable of doing and which he pledged to do before embodiment in the freedom of the Inner Realms. If the Ledger, or Book of Life, is not balanced, then it is our responsibility to provide the course which must be engaged upon so that the discrepancy may be made up before or during the next embodiment. That is the way of Judgment, not the sentencing as it is known in the outer world. However, there is a similarity, for the Courts of Law meter out certain punishment for the disregard of or disobedience to the rules and regulations of which society is aware, and in some instances man is imprisoned and his energies delegated to hard labor. However, no individual on this Earth has the prerogative to take another's life through Capital Punishment! God, and God alone, has the right to release any individual from the flesh garment. 

Now you can see the loving Mercy of the so-called Judgment by the Karmic Board and any lessons which must be learned or given to assist you in balancing your ledger, where it is required, so that you may again be permitted to take physical embodiment on the Earth with an etheric garment not so heavily laden with imperfection as in the previous embodiment. 

Can you understand now why we have chosen the Book of Life as the Thought Form for this Class? 

Please listen carefully when I say that the lifestreams to be embodied on the Earth in the very near future will not be permitted by the Karmic Council to bring the weight of their effluvia to further burden this beloved Planet! The time between embodiments will be of greater length and the mankind will go through a purging process (through their use of the Sacred Fire of Transmutation and Purification) until sufficient of their imperfect karma has been transmuted to permit re-embodiment, or full release in the Ascension, as the case may be. 

Let me positively state that no lifestream can glide by the Karmic Board carrying in his or her consciousness the thought that through a Dispensation they will not be required to embody again!

Those of you who have been given the privilege of knowing that this can be your final embodiment must account for every jot and tittle; every minute particle must be weighed on the Scales of Justice and a balance must be made. There are no preferences in the Spiritual Law. Every Flaming Presence of Divinity is of equal importance in the Consciousness and Hearts of the God-Free! 

Much of the unrest among the children now walking this Earth is due to the fact that they are being given Lessons at Inner Levels and their outer consciousness is becoming aware that the pulsating Flame which beats their hearts is the same Power of the Almighty in the so-called great and small - that which emanates from the Heart Center of Creation! 

I have come today in my official capacity as a Member of the Karmic Board to tell you that you are responsible to the Council for much of the transmutation which must take place for this Earth and her evolutions. You owe a tremendous balance to the Spiritual Law by reason of your conscious communication with us. Several of the Hierarchy has come year after year to present the Law to you, and therefore you are required to use it to give a balance to the Karmic Law. However, since you and all mankind have free will, this has not always been done. Many still want their own human will to manifest in their affairs and that of others! 

Please, dear chelas do not consider my attitude severe. We are all certainly cognizant of the magnificent efforts which you have put forth in your decrees to change the conditions of imperfection on this Planet and much of a dire nature has been averted. You deserve special commendation for the manner in which you have accepted and used the decrees for Transmutation and Purification which have recently been placed at your disposal. I come to counsel you not to let up in your efforts, for could you see the substance which is being removed by these calls, your hearts would be most grateful. However, the causes and cores of imperfection have a density in some instances of a wall of stone or metal and it is the constant "riveting action", as it were, through the release of the Decrees or Prayers of the children of Earth which shall save this Planet from dissolution! 

May I tell you, in loving counsel and kindness, that you have been on this Earth in countless embodiments and during those sojourns your energy has become part of the mass karma of the race. It is therefore your obligation, having become aware of the great Law of the Circle, to put your own world into Divine Order! Most of you still harbor displeasure at the other fellow's action when it does not agree with your own personal concepts! Since you do not live in seclusion, but in glass houses, it is not anyone's prerogative to throw stones! 

When you are about the Father's Business, you are permitting the expansion of the Flame of Immortality which is the Real you! I know that you will take my counsel in the manner intended and will lend every effort to holding the Divine Concept and respect which is due all life. You can get tremendous assistance from the Brothers and Sisters of the Rocky Mountain Retreat, who live and breathe reverence for all life - in whatever form it is presently manifesting. God is ALL! God is omnipresent, and the Heart Center of your being and mine, and of all Life! 

In a lighter vein, it is my privilege to tell you that at the kind invitation of the Lord of the World, Beloved Gautama, all the Members of the Karmic Board will have a wonderful opportunity for further deliberation and meetings in an endeavor to further the progress of the race. Please know that every word we bring to you wears a garment of Pure Divine Love and our subjects have been carefully chosen to assist you in attaining the Perfection which is ordained by Cosmic Law. 

Kindly realize that any Radiation which might seem austere to you is only so because you have not considered the true meaning and the purpose behind our course of instruction. We believe in the sincerity of our chelas, and it is the consensus of our Opinion that more understanding can be affected at this Conference than has at any previous time been possible! 

Why did the Karmic Board deem it advisable to come as One Body and give you the Directives to hasten the redemption of this Planet? Yes, dear ones, we are Beings of Mercy and have come in compassionate Love, and we are depending upon the sincere response to our directives to accomplish the Mission at hand! 

Now come into the Garden of my Heart and there be refreshed by the Holy Unction of Mercy which it is my sacred privilege to give you.
