CONSECRATION OF SOULS

at the

SACRED HEART TEMPLE

Beloved children of the One Eternal God, I bring to you this day the Peace of Heaven which each dear soul requires in order to set into Divine Order your feelings, your thoughts, your memories and your flesh. Without Peace, there is no soul unascended which can know the stability of dwelling constantly and consciously in the Heart and Presence of God. 

This is the month of the visitation of the incoming lifestreams to the Sacred Heart Temple which has been created and sustained by my humble Self. Why do we have such a Temple? Remember that on the 'other shore' all are not Divine Beings. There are some who live in the lesser Heavens; some who have been in the Sleepers' Realm; and there are some laggards who have come from the former compound. These all live in various strata on this side of that which the Earth calls 'death'. 

If you will come with me to the Sacred Heart Temple, as we stand above it just for a moment, you will see the Beauty of that magnificent Temple and the beautiful fields filled with all manner of wild flowers and deep grass, almost knee deep, in the most exquisite shade of green. Coming toward the Sacred Heart Temple from all directions, you will see the individuals who have been chosen by the Blessed Karmic Board to take embodiment upon the Earth within the next twelve-month period, and who have now come for our Benediction. 

We try to make for each and every one as harmonious a vibration as possible because for some of these individuals to step into the Light would be a shock to their souls. Despite all the chaos of mankind, we find that there are still a few places of Beauty left on the Earth, but in the INNER Realms, we have CREATED at every level a place of Beauty. One such place is our own Sacred Heart Temple. 

As these blessed lifestreams from all over have been called to my Temple of the Sacred Heart, it is an interesting thing to watch the process which takes place as these different types of beings are called before the Karmic Board. I am assisted in our service of receiving into the Temple those souls who are to embody during the year by the Beloved Nada, Beloved Meta, and Beloved Kwan Yin. As they come from North, South, East and West, some from other Stars and other Systems - so shining, and brilliant in their glory that could an Ascended Being weep, I could weep for them to enter into this world of Earth where One I knew came and suffered much - although he emerged Victorious. 

There are three classes. There are beautiful Beings like the Buddhas - God-free beings - and many have returned for opportunity to take embodiment; some have even come from other Systems and Stars. This represents one group who come when they knew that the Karmic Board is to meet and pass upon those who will take embodiment within the year. 

Now this is a vast and complex procedure that the outer mind cannot fully cognize. You have your God-free Beings who volunteer to become part of the karma and part of the race. You have the chelas of various Masters of the Seven Rays who have seen something of the Divine Pattern and Plan at inner Levels, and who are desirous of co-operating with their Master by coming into embodiment - particularly at this time of building the Permanent Golden Age, Then you have the great numbers of lifestreams who must, in justice, be allowed re-embodiment within a certain span of years. 

In this one group that is rather enjoying the sojourn in the Heaven World is the place where you might find, if you would call it so, a sorrow in the summons to re-birth, because it is a very happy place compared to the previous Earth life. It is a place where there are great freedoms in the etheric body; it is a place where new associations are made between kindred spirits, as well as old associations being renewed with people who had a great love for one another on Earth. When the summons are sent out by the Karmic Board, the Messengers are always identified by the Scales of Justice which they wear upon the breast of their garments. They also carry with them the Scrolls which are the summons for the souls to appear before the Karmic Board and perhaps be chosen to leave this Realm of Elysian Fields and come into embodiment, At this time there is more than a little fluttering in the consciousness of the various members of these realms where re-embodiment is necessary, and a great sigh of relief is usually breathed when a house or estate is passed by and left touched. 

In the Halls of Karma, the souls are assembled under the seven colors representative of the Ray to which they belong. At the head of each group stands the Elohim, the Archangel, or the Chohan of the particular Ray represented. Behind that great Being, the group widens like a pie-wedge. Sometimes only one of these Beings is spokesman for the group, and at other times, all three take part in the ceremonies. 

The Ascended Masters first present the Beings from the other Realms who want to assist the Earth. The Karmic Board then studies carefully the pattern for the year and, the pattern for entire two thousand year Cycle. Then they weigh whether or not the sacrifice of the God-free Lifestream is worth granting permission for such a one to embody. These are the God-free, but behind them you have the chelas - people like your selves - some perhaps even a little more advanced who are waiting at the Gates of Earth and who must prove to the Karmic Board that if they do embody, they will do something for the Master, particularly the Beloved Saint Germain, and that their gifts and momentums are such that they could be embodied. We hear many impassioned pleas and see much blazing of Causal Bodies take place as all the 'merits' of the lifestream are demonstrated. 

You stood there not so long ago, and when you came, two others were denied embodiment. I think you often wish it was reversed and that you could have stayed home while the other two came here. These blessed ones are in the full fresh heat of enthusiasm and they, like yourselves not long since, are determined that their gifts and momentums are really going to save this race and this planet. The Karmic Board is such a magnificent Governing Body, and one wonders how they can keep from smiling at the various displays of talents and professions. They are so still and so impartial that, except for an expression around the eyes, one would hardly realize that each had an animate Christ Self within the Heart. 

Each chela has a Sponsor who is an Ascended Being or a Member of the Angelic Host, and when the Karmic Board has been persuaded to let the chela embody, the Sponsor steps forward and offers to make up for any deficit. This is a very important point because there is the obligation of the Karmic Board to let so many of the masses behind the chelas into embodiment within a year in order to have the Earth experiences necessary for certain developments and mastery. 

So there is a limit as to how many of these good chelas who have great talents can come in because the ones behind them must also be chosen and worked into a pattern which will assist their own lifestreams and the planet Earth as they grow to manhood and womanhood. 

After all the souls have been passed by the Karmic Board, then comes the Service which I have rendered with great Joy and Happiness for many centuries of time. This is the blessing of those souls who are now ready to seek embodiment through the parents of the races upon the Earth within the coming twelve-month period. As the beloved ones come close, asking for a mother’s Love and Blessing from Beloved Nada, Meta, Kwan Yin and myself, one can see the God-free Beings at the head of the procession. As they ascend the steps and reach a point just below us, they kneel and all indications of fine vestments are then removed including the cutting of the hair to the shoulders in submission to the Will of God for the Mercy of mankind. These are then followed by the various chelas who have been accepted and they fill the tremendous staircase, facing upward toward us. Below them are groupings of those who have come with the Messengers from the Karmic Board - some very reluctantly - at the thought of being parted and separated from their loved ones. 

I have wanted to remind you of the power within Consecration, and it is beautiful to see the kneeling figures of all those blessed lifestreams in robes and garments like the colors of the rainbow denoting the Rays to which they belong, bending the knee in honor to the Presence that made them, and endeavoring to get the feeling of Consecration of the mind and the memory; the Consecration of the flesh to the Christ Spirit within; the Divine Union and the Spiritual Marriage between the outer vehicles and the inner Christ, when emotions and mind and memory and flesh promise to love, honor, and obey the Christ Power within. 

This same Service which we render here in the Sacred Heart Temple for the human kind is rendered by the Maha Chohan through the group souls for the animal kingdom, and the service is also rendered earlier in the season for the elementals who are chosen to bring forth your blossoms and your fruit and flower, but the human kingdom and the Angelic Kingdom and those elementals who have qualified and have been accepted to take human embodiment are all those with whom we are concerned at this time.
