Summer Conference Address

Beloved Lord Lanto

July 4, 1966

Honored Guests, greetings from Beloved Confucius, my humble self and all the Brotherhood at the Royal Teton. It is a wondrous privilege to come into your personal midst today and to express our gratitude for the tenacity of Spirit which has brought you thus far on the Path, and for the God Illumination which has directed you to be present at this Class. 

Oh, how we all have watched and guarded you through the years, witnessing the various tests which have been presented to you, in order to strengthen your Faith and permit you to mitigate unredeemed karma which must be wiped from your Book of Life before you earn your final and complete Freedom in the Light, the Goal of all, the Ascension. 

Many of you, here present, have had the experience of coming to our Sacred Focus in the Rocky Mountains, and at the time of such visitation our Brotherhood linked the energies of your beings very tangibly and firmly into that of our Retreat. Everywhere you have traversed the Earth since that visitation you have carried the line of force which is the Radiation of the Teton. Perhaps someday in the not too distant future, we will have the honor of again welcoming you physically to the vicinity of our Focus. We shall see! 

Because of the importance of the hour, cosmically speaking, it has been deemed advisable by Beloved Lord Gautama and the other Members of the Hierarchy that you come to Long Island and become more firmly aligned with Shamballa, which is in the process of deeply rooting its energies into the substance of the Earth here on Long Island, and into the beings of those privileged to abide on this Sacred Isle. To transmute the manifesting imperfection and restore it to the original Perfection she once enjoyed requires vigilance and constancy of the first order. 

Realize, dear friends of Light, that in this area is being established and maintained the most powerful and holy Focus upon this Planet, into which is tied all the other Retreats of the Earth, and to which all Spiritual Endeavors must be connected. These energies are so anchored into the Etheric Realm, but taking into consideration all negation to the contrary, all Spiritual Activity must emanate from the Heart of Shamballa, and this will occur from a physical standpoint also. The Immortal Three-Fold Flame illustrated in the Forcefield for Long Island, is the Balance and Pulse beat for the Spiritual Currents of the Earth. 

A little contemplation on this should make the chelas more cognizant of the importance of this Focus... and... it should also cause deep and sincere gratitude to well within your hearts for the privilege which is yours in being permitted to come to this Focus. Oh, how regretful it is that there are so many who must see something with their physical eyes to truly realize and accept its existence. When one sets foot on the Holy Ground, their eyes should not wander hither and thither to see what has been outwardly accomplished since the establishment of the Focus here, but entering the Holy of Holies of their beings, thank the Supreme Source of all for allowing them to do so. Then, and only then, can their vehicles respond to the blessings which will be theirs on the pilgrimage which they will enjoy on the morrow. I counsel you, beloved ones, to prepare your vehicles well for this occasion. 

Study the Force field of this Retreat, beautifully depicted before the lectern and see the pulse beat of the Immortal Flame feeding, nourishing, all life upon this Planet. Beneath and through the landed surface blazes the glorious Violet Transmuting Flame, Gift of our Beloved Saint Germain, and his Angelic Legions keep this Cross of Violet Fire pulsating, but it is hoped that all the chelas will assist, daily, in energizing this Holy Cross to restore Long Island and her inhabitants to the Glory and Perfection she once knew. 

The Mighty Hercules together with Prince Michael and Beloved Micah constantly, without cessation, keep a Wall of Blue Flame surrounding the Island, down into the depths of the encircling waters and up to the ten thousand foot level: This Protection is designed to deflect the intrusion of all that is less than Christ Perfection from entering the sacred confines. Beloved Lord Zadkiel and Holy Amethyst volunteered to have a Legion of Violet Fire Angels in attendance at all times to transmute the evident and subtle imperfection, immediately the calls are made by the chelas in this direction. And mighty Serapis Bey of Luxor, with the tenacity which is his, has detailed his Legions to hold the Immaculate Concept of all on Long Island in a special activity to preserve the Perfection as it comes forth, all cooperating with the Beloved Clove, Silent Watcher, in order to externalize the Perfection and Beauty which shall manifest hereon, and let me add, in the not too distant future. 

Considering a moment what these Great Beings are doing in lending their Energies to have God's Will express in this area, it seems to me it is but a small request on my part when I ask you to join with us daily in this purification and protection, which is of no small magnitude! Surely we can count on you to do this! 

Beloved chelas, the time of Cosmic Change which we have brought to your attention for many years is not in the distant future. Please permit me to impress that upon your consciousness. The cycle of imperfection is closing and hear me well, when I admonish you to be in readiness! 

As our Beloved and mighty Hercules told you yesterday, we do not come to alarm you but to apprise you of the hour, and to assure you that he who is prepared - in a state of Listening Grace, through harmony and dedication to this Cause - will have all the protection he requires - from his own Individualized God Presence. Most certainly we will render assistance, but you surely realize that when you are in tune with the Infinite, you are serving as ONE with us. Your own God Presence is the answer to all your queries, and allowing that God Authority to serve through you, is your assurance of Protection. You have been trained through the years to be Beacons of Light and you have now reached that stage of development when this can be a manifest fact, and the Spiritual Hierarchy have released countless tons of energy to assist you to this development. 

In line with the Radiation of the Rocky Mountain Retreat, it is expedient that you have reverence for all life, no matter what the outer manifestation, and in the line of Precipitation of Good, that will become a 'natural' way of life for you when the little self has decided at long last, to bow to the Presence of God as the Doer, and the lower vehicles, being in harmony, are merely avenues in the physical appearance world for the precipitation of God-Good. There is nothing, and I repeat 'nothing', of a Perfect Nature that your blessed hearts might desire for yourselves, or others, which could not immediately manifest when you have actually submerged personality and realized the purpose of your Mission on Earth! 

The Spiritual Hierarchy is bringing very pertinent facts to your attention at this so important Class, and we in no manner are desirous of making this anything but a most joyous opportunity for you. When you have the ecstasy of conscious precipitation at your control - God control - you will know how foolish it is to undergo the agonies, as it were, of allowing the human to act! 

Now come with me for a moment, in your etheric consciousness, to the Rocky Mountain Retreat. You know in your hearts and consciousness something of the appearance of the Retreat, so fly with me on the Wings of Light to the Rocky Mountains in Wyoming. 

As we enter the Central Temple around which all others are built, we see the Holy Confucius standing in reverent contemplation before the Flame of Precipitation on the circular Altar. The first three rows of seats are occupied by the Brothers and Sisters of the Retreat. Kindly take your places in the rows immediately behind them. Do not be surprised if you notice you are garbed in Mantles of Green and Gold. They are a blessing and protection from the Brotherhood of this Retreat, and will be worn throughout the Ceremony which will take place. 

Hark to the strains of the beautiful rendition of "The Evening Star" which is being played on the organ. The gracious Beings of the Karmic Board are assembled above the Temple where a magnificent amphitheatre has been erected by the Builders of Form to accommodate our Guests during this specific period. Each Throne Chair for the Karmic Council Members is of the most exquisitely carved ivory, upholstered in Chinese Green brocade. You will note that today, in honor of the Activities at Shamballa, above each chair is a gloriously pulsating Three-Fold Flame of Eternal Life. Looking closer, one notes that a beautiful Lotus has been embroidered on the Robes of the Council Members, giving specific recognition to the Lord of the World Gautama, as this Symbol has long been identified with his Lifestream. What a tremendous Lesson that Holy One has set for all in becoming "The Jewel in the Heart of the Lotus". 

In the main room beneath the amphitheatre, the chelas will follow the Member of the Retreat assigned to that section to the foot of the Altar, where singly you shall bend the knee and have anchored within your beings a strong pulsation of the Precipitation Flame, and then you will return to your places as the same service is performed for all the chelas here assembled. I might add that all of the chelas who are tuned into this Class have been brought here in their etheric garments. 

I wish you to realize the responsibility which this Blessing brings with it. From this time henceforth, you will be more minutely held accountable for the activity of precipitation, which of course is taking place at all times in your release of Gods Energy flowing through you. In order to have this boon given to you, it was necessary for Beloved Confucius and my humble self to approach the Members of the Karmic Board for this added assistance to your life-streams. How grateful our hearts were when we found that we did not have to plead for you, but upon presentation of our request to Beloved Portia, acquiescence was given, and I believe I noted just a faint trace of a smile of happiness about her eyes as she lovingly granted our request instead of the dispassionate expression she usually adopts. 

Now as the ceremony is taking place I have requested the Angelic Legions of Precipitation to stand behind each of your remaining vehicles on Long Island, so that should your attention waver, they will hold the contact which is necessary to assure the acceptance in your emotional and mental vehicles. 

I shall now proceed to the Altar where I shall take my place at the side of Beloved Confucius, as the Ceremony is about to begin.

Kindly all now stand and return to the continuance of this Meeting on Long Island. I would like to suggest that you sing to the Great Karmic Board at this point, in gratitude for the privilege which has been yours, the magnitude of which you will realize through later contemplation.

In closing this Ceremony, I should like to tell you that I have the greatest reverence for the Life which beats your hearts, and humbly bow before the Light which you are, and again wish to remind you to prepare for your visit to the physical Focus of Shamballa on the morrow, when the Beloved Gautama, Holy Æolus and Maha Chohan will be your Hosts. 

Thanking you for the privilege of being in your midst today, and invoking the Flame of Precipitation to give you the magnificent feeling which it brings, that of being Co-Creator with the Supreme Source of All, I reverently bow to the Presence of God within your hearts
