Summer Conference

Beloved Kuthumi

Children of good intent, I bring you the Love of my Being from which constantly flows the Divine Essence of God Illumination - a Quality which all must one day accept and expand for their maturing into the Perfection ordained for them in the Cosmic Plan. 

Illumination embodies Understanding; and Understanding, Tolerance. And where Tolerance reigns, we have an individual who is balanced in his actions. Balance is the true way of life, as evidenced by the fact that the Creator in his great Wisdom has set an example through the balanced action of the Immortal Victorious ThreeFold Flame! Yes, all mankind must be directed to the Divinity within, and give that God Presence authority, in order to progress upon the Pathway of Light. 

Let us discourse a little on progress. Indeed, you have all done exceedingly well, but the time has now arrived when such tremendous Cosmic Currents are being set into motion that each chela shall be required to put forth his very best effort in expressing his own developed God Gifts, for the benefaction not only of himself but of all mankind. I humbly pray the Supreme Source of all Life, that each will have the tenacity of purpose to set aside the remaining vestiges of human free will, and that God’s Will shall from this moment on, be the motivation of his future actions. 

You are acquainted with the fact that I had embodiments on Earth where it was my privilege to teach other lifestreams; one such was that of Pythagoras, and mankind still remember, at least a few care to, our School at Crotona. Through the developed momentum along the Second Ray, I have again been given the privilege of teaching the mankind of this Earth, although from this side of the veil, where, I assure you I believe I understand the Law of Life in a more expanded manner than I did while on the Planet Earth! 

Would that you could know, in the intensity of my Adoration and Love of the Almighty, how I await the opportunity to again be the Director of a School for the training of the very young in the physical appearance world, where children could be brought in their tender years, and through what some parents might deem a sacrifice on their parts, be given a true training in all lines of endeavor necessary for their true Spiritual maturity. Such a School shall come forth, and I speculate, human free will still being involved, as to the individual or individuals who will set aside all else and volunteer for this great Service to Life. In such a School, at a later date, I would walk and talk with the Illumined Instructors guiding and assisting them in the development of the talents of the young who had been given into our charge. Oh, I would not expect, as a beginning, to have a large edifice - nothing of the sort, but a place where in the illumined 'little ones' who are now in our midst, would not have their already developed talents contaminated, but their energies gently directed in the proper direction! 

Such places of learning should be scattered over the Planet, but we most certainly should have one on Long Island. If any of you should be so foolish as to entertain the thought - good heavens, children running all over the place, permit me to say, that is far from the Plan and shows a lack of understanding. Do not become alarmed, and be not surprised that one day I shall come with the Message to begin, and show you the location where these advanced children will be brought for further training, to enable them to quickly express that which they have dormant in their consciousness, requiring only a spark of Truth to burst into Flame. 

Of course, you realize that this will require the dedicated services of a few chelas in the beginning, and three such lifestreams are within this very room. They know and feel the stirring response in their beings, but are they willing to renounce their present attachments to be the Guardian Spirits serving with the Spiritual Hierarchy in the development of the very, very advanced individuals who are to be the Illuminati of the future, and some who are even now on the Planet! 

Be not amazed when I say that some of those who were released from the former compound, have stormed the gates of re-embodiment, to have an opportunity to 'make good', and some, I add, have already been given permission and are now wearing flesh garments. 

The first requisite, prior to the official establishment of a School, is the training of the Teachers, and it is our hope that this program can be started without too much ado as to how, why, when and where - questions, questions, that is the way of the human. So be obedient and when your Call does come from within, hesitate not for a moment, but be ready to serve. 

In the most dynamic manner I can summon, I wish to imprint upon your consciousness the fact that we have come year after year, after year, bringing the Instruction necessary for your spiritual development and the time is NOW not in the future but now, when the Spiritual Law must be practiced and expressed in your daily life. When the Creator has endowed one with Gifts, and that one has developed a momentum, it is only by using the commodity, be it a Spiritual Gift or one of a financial nature, that through use, the blessing expands and brings back to the individual who has generously given more of the same, or, now listen attentively, some Virtue which is necessary for the development of your own lifestream, which you, and you alone are held responsible to express here on Earth. 

Perhaps you are aware of the many Colleges and Universities which have chosen Long Island for their location. Even the newly established have found it necessary to expand their buildings and curriculum. Everywhere you see the building of additional homes, and these abodes shall be tenanted, for the most part, by the young couples just starting out in life together. The natural result of such union will bring forth the children of the future. You can be sure these blessed incoming children are those to whom we have been giving intensive training at inner levels, and with proper instruction their Light will burst forth and guide them, those who have been entrusted with their care, as well as others to follow, on the Pathway of Light. 

May I suggest that it would be wonderful if the beloved chelas, particularly those on Long Island, New York and vicinity would daily make the Call for the coming forth of a Training Center for the Teachers of the young and their elders on Long Island. In such a School they would be firmly indoctrinated in the Spiritual Law and its Presentation before taking up the posts which would be assigned them. 

Beloved Jesus and I are constantly directing the Flame of Illumination and Wisdom into those Teachers in the seats of Learning on Long Island and we have availed ourselves of the large gatherings of the younger generation in these places and in company with those who so selflessly serve with us, have directed a Ray of Divine Illumination into these edifices, and the Angels of Lord Jophiel's Legion energize that Ray continuously, knowing that one day some of the Professors and Instructors, as well as the pupils, will feel the stirring of the Golden Flame of Divine Illumination within their beings. In fact, some already do, but in the wisdom they have gained from their inner training, have the good judgment to remain silent, until the propitious moment. 

Please understand, we who serve on the Second Ray, have not just singled out Long Island for this activity. It is taking place all over the Planet where there are institutions of learning, be they at the kindergarten or college level and most certainly the pre-school stage. I cite Long Island particularly because this Sacred Ground must be prepared, and quickly, to give forth the Light which is her destiny, and which is held in the Heart of the Beloved Clove, the Silent Watcher, and that Light shall come forth from the hearts of the embodied lifestreams. 

You have heard our Beloved Lord and King, the Ascended Master Saint Germain, plead for the youth time and again! It should not be necessary for him to do this, nor for any of us. However, it appears we must continually prod you on, saying the same thing again and again; hoping finally some among the chelas will become sufficiently stirred and will realize they are not here on Earth just to forward their own evolution, but to assist those less advanced on the Path. 

Need I tell you youth is restless, particularly in these times when the Cosmic Currents are playing upon the Earth, and the stirring within them steps up the energy given to them to use constructively, and knowing not the direction it should take, are externalizing all kinds of 'patterns' which are not of a constructive and harmonious nature. Those of you, who are destined to give assistance, be it here, there or elsewhere, feel the stirring within yourselves, and there are two such chelas who are rendering excellent service along this line. There could be more, and shall be, as the Flame of God Illumination continues its activity within their beings, and they will have no rest until that Flame is serving other lifestreams and preparing them for the immediate future. My Beloved Co-World Teacher, Jesus, is in your midst this evening and as I have been exhorting you not to stifle the promptings which come from within, particularly in regard to the youth and very young, he has been energizing the Flame of God Illumination in all your beings, for Heaven knows, when the lifestream is illumined, there is truly no holding back the Gifts and Talents of their lifestreams, since they then have the vision to see that which is required, and there is no hesitation in putting a Plan into motion, or assisting others who have already prepared the way. 

Please do not just listen to what I have to say; thinking it is for someone else. Study my words carefully, you each have a part in the Divine Plan. "I AM" responsible to the Cosmic Law for your reaction to this Release. Is it too much to say I expect your cooperation! 

It is certainly not within the compass of an Ascended Master's Consciousness to entertain disappointment that the Activity of the Youth has not expanded, nor do I place the responsibility for the lack of numbers on any one's shoulders. Each and everyone belonging to the Youth Groups should be sufficiently enthusiastic in expanding the Teaching that they could at least have brought in another member. I challenge the youth, most specifically those here present to convene and set into motion a Plan whereby expansion of the Youth Program will result. Is it going to be necessary for me to look into other avenues for the setting into motion and the following through of the Plan of the Hierarchy which cannot, and will not, be held back longer. Prove your love of the Law by ACTION! 

Now, beloved ones, your 'gentle' Kuthumi enfolds you in his Love, Illumination and Wisdom, bringing also the Love and the Constancy of the Beloved Archangel Jophiel and all on the Second Ray, who are ceaselessly serving to infiltrate the beneficent blessings of that Ray into the consciousness of the inhabitants of this Planet.
