THE DESCENT of the ELECTRONS
Analysis of an Instruction

Orderly sequence of the Descent of the Electrons from the Great Central Sun to the physical bodies of the people of Earth and the Elemental Kingdoms, and how they are enriched and amplified while they pass down through the different levels.
During this process the One Life increases in quality, but through mercy it is slowed down in vibratory action so that the physical bodies of the people of Earth can hold it, and for them it may be a sustaining power to animate their human forms and allow them to fulfill God's Plan. The following is the order of the descent:
1 The Great Central Sun sends a stream of electrons into the Solar Deity;
2 The Solar Deity ACKNOWLEDGES Life, BLESSES that Life with his Consciousness, and INCREASES it through the powers of Creation, and that radiation going forth from him, enters the next level, which is:
3 The Heart of the Mighty Elohim and Celestial Gods who stand around the Throne of the Sun. These Great God Beings REJOICE in that Light and to it they add their Consciousness, their Gifts and Radiation. They AMPLIFY it by the Power of Creation, and in rhythmic pulsation they send it forth to the next level, which is:
4 The Group of Beings whom they guard and protect. These Cosmic Beings ACCEPT that glorious Life which has been enriched by its passing through the bodies of the Celestial Lords, to which they add their Consciousness and Qualities, and they EXPAND It in rhythmic pulsation downward into the next level, which is:
5 The Consciousness of the Ascended Host. The Ascended Masters ACCEPT the Life Essence and they in turn ENRICH it by their particular gift to the Universe, and then under the direction of the Solar Hierarchy, it is directed into the next level, which is:
6 The "I AM Presence" and Holy Christ Selves of the humanity of Earth and the other planets of our chain. Then the Masters and the Presence send the Life Principle, which came, you will remember, from the Heart of the Sun, into the next level, which is:
7 The Physical Bodies of mankind. Thus the Divine Plan is for this Essence to again be qualified and charged with Divinity, and sent forth by man into the next level, which is:
8 The Elemental Kingdoms. When this is done, the first wave from God's Heart reaching the lowest vibratory action in his system begins its ascent again in the same order into the Heart of the Father, returning in such added glory and such expanded radiation that the Sun Gods' Causal Bodies are greatly extended and the Cosmic Anthem of Creation becomes a pulsation of prayer and thanksgiving in the universe.
THE UNDERSTANDING OF THE USE OF ENERGY and VIBRATION
You will understand then why the present misuse of God Energy by the people of Earth is the only false note in this activity of creation, and it is for this reason that the Ascended Master Saint Germain has brought forth the understanding of the use of energy and vibration that mankind may be trained to their true part in enriching the Solar System by their receiving and expanding the God Gift that the Solar Logii would tremble to misuse.
The duty of man is to send the qualified electrons down to the Elemental Kingdoms, and to bless their Gods!

We all know that what a man entertains in his consciousness expresses in his daily experience. While the wonderful feeling of buoyancy which is an integral part of the Resurrection Flame is flowing so freely through the Earth at this time, the alert chela will seize the opportunity to bathe his lower vehicles in this revitalizing power of Perfection!
"I AM" (3x) the Resurrection and the Life of all the Good which I knew with the Father before the world was (3x) NOW MADE MANIFEST AND SUSTAINED BY GRACE!
