DEDICATION OF THE NEW CHART

Beloved and blessed children of the One God, you, who are enrolled as disciples of the Holy Spirit, you who have visited me often at the Temple of Comfort in Ceylon and who are desiring among yourselves not only to secure Comfort but to be a Comforting Presence to life, to you I bring the radiation of my love, endeavoring now this morning to again set up that weekly circuit of vibratory action through which a certain continuity of radiation in, through and around those connected with the Heart Center here might flow!
Beloved ones, today we honor the manifestation in the world of form of the magnificent Presence of Almighty God, as externalized through the illumined human consciousness from whence is expanding in ever-increasing intensity the power and gifts, virtues and talents that are within the Causal Body, that are latent within the Immortal Flame of the human heart and which will be with cultivation and care the manifest expression of the Holy Spirit upon this earth plane!
Dearly beloved ones, in the practice and study of Esoteric Law you will find as you go from step to step in consciousness that you receive a wider and more developed understanding of the law and it will be so even in the presentation of the Individualized Presence, the human form, the embryonic Divinity which you see before you.
Causal Bodies are different
In your Causal Body, beloved ones, illustrated so beautifully upon this Chart, there will be in your individual lives a difference in the width of the bands of color. We have chosen to inspire uniformity in those bands as an impersonal aspect of individual Deity, but according to the ray to which you belong, according to the spiritual affinity which you have at inner levels with certain Masters and certain temples and activities of the Sacred Fire, is one band of that radiation of your Causal Body a great deal larger than the others. Therefore, were I to give you, each of you in this room this morning, a chart expressing your own Causal Body, your Individualized Presence, the Immortal Flame within your heart and your expanding Christus, each chart would be different. First, according to the ray to which you belong; second, the amount of divine expression that ray has been allowed to manifest through the Christ within you! And thirdly, the size, potency and vital efficacy of the Christ Self to fulfill itself through your physical, etheric, mental and emotional bodies.
There are seven types of individuals
Therefore, you can see that when we are dealing with living intelligences, as each of your Individualized Presences is that living Intelligence, symbolized by the manifest Upper Figure on the chart, draws on the momentums in the Causal Body and, sending that momentum of energy down through the silver cord into the Immortal Flame within the heart, endeavors to externalize the particular facet of expression, which through many eons of time It has developed, even before you took first embodiment. Now it is the expression from within the Flame of the Heart of the pressure within the Causal Body that will cause eventually seven distinct and yet perfect types of individuals out here in this world of form where you yet abide.
The Circular Bands of color are foci of energy
In the beginning of a Movement where the individuals have not yet drawn or allowed the Immortal Flame within the heart to express the fullness of the momentum of that Causal Body there are sometimes differences of opinion, each feeling that the momentum of the other is not the true nature of Divinity. We are watching from within the Fourth Sphere and observing your ability to realize that those bands of color around your Individualized Presence are not stagnant or immovable but are rather PULSATING, VIBRATING FOCUSES OF ENERGY, which according to the Wisdom of your Presence are directed down into the Flame of your heart. There you have the Armageddon the soul sometimes rebelling against the expression of pressure of the Divine Nature from within. As that "I AM" Presence begins its stronger pulsations from within, the soul self MUST give way even as tie husk gives way to reveal the full ear of corn.
The Activities of the Holy Spirit
I would like to show how the activities of the Holy Spirit. which I represent, can be externalized in this world of form: It is my duty, obligation and responsibility to life through each Individualized Presence to draw the radiation of that Causal Body down and then, externalizing it through the flesh, the etheric, the mental and emotional bodies, recreate in the world of form a duplicate of that magnificent Causal Body above. When you have in the physical world expressed from the Flame of your hearts all the talents and gifts of your Causal Bodies, you will have the chart that the initiate looks upon. When the Immortal Flame reveals the Risen Christus, and the etheric body, the mental and emotional all externalize the magnificent colors, qualities, radiation and aura of your own Causal Body - this is the Holy Spirit, beloved ones, of your Presence made manifest. Your Causal Body is the Holy Spirit of your Presence. Here, (around the physical form) your aura should express the Holy Spirit of your Christus. At the present time it is truly called "The Holy Ghost" because your aura is an externalized focus of your brain consciousness, the etheric memories, the mental concepts and feeling worlds... And rather than duplicating the magnificence of your Presence, your lower figure and its aura externalize much that is less than perfection!
So, we have chosen to show (for reasons of simplicity and expediency in understanding) the Violet Fire encompassing the lower figure, for should we show the lower figure and the three bodies in their present state, containing the various discolorations which are part of the human effluvia of the ages, it would not be such a pretty sight to look upon!
There are Seven different Charts - the First and Second
In our Retreat and in some of the unascended Masters Retreats, particularly in Asia, we have seven representations of this individual chart... As the chela develops in consciousness to the point where he is ready for the next step he is taken from the Novitiate Chamber where the activity of purification and transmutation are taught him through this first chart to the Chamber where the second chart is externalized and certain activities concerned with the removal of etheric impurities are presented. In that second chamber the chart shows not only the physical body, an expanded Flame with a larger figure of the Christ within the heart, but it also shows the aura of the etheric body purified and opalescent. The student looks upon that chart before he has achieved that state.
The Third and Fourth Charts
When the etheric body has been cleansed and purified, he is allowed to enter the Third Chamber where the mental body is pictured on the chart outside the etheric garment, and the radiation from the Presence and the expanded Flame of the heart reaches through the mental body as well. He stays within that chamber until he finds certain control and mastery of the mental processes, then he is allowed to enter into the Fourth Chamber where the emotional body is shown. The lower figure is here depicted surrounded very lightly by the purified etheric, the purified mental and the purified emotional bodies. At this stage when he comes to classes, he pauses here for instruction and remains in application in that chamber until he has learned the control of the emotional body. In this process, beloved ones, he has arrived at a certain alignment of the four lower vehicles preparatory to the receipt of more than ordinary assistance from the Hierarchy.
The Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Charts
After he passes this initiation, he enters the Fifth Chamber where the chart illustrates the Christus fully developed from the feet upward through the four lower vehicles. This is the chamber where the Christman is fully depicted on the chart.
From there he passes to the Sixth Chamber where the Christman (in full command of his lower vehicles) is shown drawing from the Causal Body its full magnificence and consciously projecting it forth.
In the Seventh Chamber you will find that the upper and lower figures are the same and the Causal Body above and below are the same... Such a one has BECOME a manifest expression of the Holy Spirit. That is what we teach at Ceylon. It has been taught elsewhere in the East, but very seldom in the Western Hemisphere!
It is worth your careful study, your private understanding and contemplation and you will see how the development of the Divinity through the sublimation of the outer self can take place.
Today I have come in gratitude on behalf of the Hierarchy for the drawing forth within this Ashram of this beautiful manifestation, made possible with the cooperation of all those who in one way or another have contributed to the completion of this task well begun.
I come also to bring special Benediction upon the countries represented here. May these beloved students who represent them know that from Sanat Kumara, through every one of the Chohans themselves, their cups are filled that they may carry that light to the peoples hungry and thirsty after righteousness.
Opposition to the New Chart
Beloved ones, one picture is worth many words. Could you have seen the forces that have acted, or endeavored to act, against the drawing forth of that chart you would perhaps have been amazed. There is great wisdom in the mercy of the law that does not allow us to give you too much sight, for you do (in comparative safety from the fears that your expanded sight would arouse) that which you could not do were the scales fully removed from your eyes. So, always we hover around every sincere, blessed and earnest one who is endeavoring, not only through this channel, but in all channels that serve the Holy Spirit, constantly protecting and guarding and guiding them from their own lower natures and from the untransmuted evils that yet fill the atmosphere and which fly their poisoned arrows toward the target of light itself!
Consecration of the New Chart
Now if you will rise please we will, together, consecrate this Chart:
In the name of the Father, God Almighty, Creator of Heaven and Earth and all life in, upon and around it!
In the name of the Divine Immortal Flame within every human heart!
In the name of the Great Holy Spirit, whose Divine Nature it is my responsibility to externalize to the world of men!
I do now consecrate, dedicate, protect and sanctify (with the acceptance of the Hierarchy) this representation of God and man and his potential Divinity.
In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit! I do consecrate, dedicate and sanctify you individually and collectively, each one, to externalizing the magnificence of that Divine Picture of your Presence IN THIS EMBODIMENT.
Having applied to the Lords of Karma for the removal of much of the returning energy that should have been yours, you have been given opportunity from this day - moving within a specially sustained radiation of my Comforting Presence - to draw forth that (Holy Spirit).
This I charge in the name of Love that thou wilt become myself in word, in action, in memory, in thought and in feeling, so that all men, women and children too, looking upon you may say - "There walks comfort... There does Peace abide", so that no longer shall I, alone, be responsible for expanding the Comfort Flame across this Earth, but shall relinquish graciously and joyously to you this opportunity also.
