1959 Chronological Chart of Retreats
With Breathing Statements, invoking one or more Qualities of the Hierarch of the month
The Breathing Statement, which consists of eight words, must be thought, felt and uttered in four directions in the following order: first, "I AM" inbreathing; second, "I AM" absorbing; third, "I AM" expanding; and fourth, "I AM" projecting. In this Chart only the first, direction is given, and the students must follow the other three directions.
"I AM" El Morya, Serapis Bey and Lord Gautama are to be considered as one word each.
