Dear Honorable Friends,

It is always a privilege and pleasure to address you - and I enfold you in my love, as I honor and revere the focus of Almighty God within your blessed hearts.

How I love the Flame of Reverence for Life! May you feel it in every fiber of your beings and expand it forth to all those you meet upon your pathway. It flows freely from the Great Teton Retreat - enfolding all of our chelas upon the Earth. For a few moments, close your eyes and feel the tangible Presence of this - my special gift - as it floods your beings and worlds preparing you to receive the great Precipitation Flame. Unless you first accept and experience reverence for life, it is not possible to precipitate God's many blessings and gifts to the Earth, which but await your calls.

Where true reverence dwells, divine love is present. All the beings in heaven's realms are beings of love - no matter which Ray they serve. As we look upon you, we do not see your physical garment, but only a flaming presence of love, as the Holy Christ Self within expands forth from your hearts. Of course, in addition to love, one must have God Illumination and Power, but it is reverence for life that brings about the perfect balancing of the Threefold Flame. It is reverence which will tell you when and how to project God's Gifts to those with whom you have contact in your daily life. Take the love; take the wisdom; and take the power, and through reverence toward their lifestreams, you will become messengers of the Christ to them. They will become receptive to God's gifts pouring forth through your hearts!

At this hour we are particularly concerned with peace for the planet Earth, and we are indeed pleased with the success that has been accomplished thus far in certain nations. Many of your government leaders have traveled to other countries to forward the cause of unity and peace. This is a beginning, and it sets the pattern of DIVINE GOVERNMENT into motion. Ultimately, through such examples, peace will be called forth to reign in the hearts of all humankind.

However, balance is first needed to bring about this peace. Please visualize a crystal pedestal, upon which blazes the Immortal Threefold Flame, pulsating in the etheric realm over the Earth. Now see a focus of the Threefold Flame over the Tetons, another focus over the Temple of Peace in Hawaii and another over Shamballa. Now see them connected by rays of light, becoming ONE united activity to bring the needed balance to this nation and the entire planet Earth.

A long time ago, the United States was designated as the heart center of the focus of spiritual freedom for this planet. This does not indicate that this nation is over any other, but rather that it bears the great and sacred responsibility of outpicturing the qualities of God Freedom and divine government - and to be an example of spiritual government to the world. This, beloved chelas, is a tremendous responsibility to fulfill. It requires the concentrated efforts of every chela upon the Earth who is conscious of this fact, and we ask that each and every one of you take this responsibility to heart! Make those calls - for full outpicturing of divine government, not only in the United States, but in every nation upon the Earth!

There are a number of ways in which you may help. The first is by the use of the sacred Violet Transmuting Flame. BLAZE it through the government of the United States, and then expand that purification outward to every government upon the Earth. Just as the heart purifies the blood, and delivers nourishment to every part of the body with each pulsation, so must your desire for spiritual freedom pulsate forth from your heart centers to all your brothers and sisters in the family of man. Thus shall the heart of this planet - represented by the United States of America - pulsate with the light of the Father-Mother God, making of this nation a beacon of light to all countries upon the Earth.

When you visit our retreat during this month, and enter the council chamber, bathe in the essence of the Flame of Precipitation, and fill your beings and worlds with the reverence for life which will draw chelas all over the Earth together in the mutual endeavor of representing divine government to all life. Take time during this year to draw the light into your four lower vehicles to raise, cleanse, and purify them, and turn your consciousness more firmly to the divinity which dwells within your hearts. Remember, also, that you are welcome at the Great Teton Retreat at all times during the year, to take advantage of any special studies you may desire. We are always at your service!
