Beloved chelas of light and love,

I AM Tranquility, the Elohim of Peace. I and my beloved Lady Pacifica serve upon the Sixth Ray of God's Peace, Ministration and Grace. We are but two of the great Builders of Form who assisted in creating this system of worlds. From past studies, you have learned that the Elohim represent the mind of God. It has also been pointed out that when the planets in this planetary system of beloved Helios and Vesta were ready to be brought to physicality, the Elohim looked into the mind of the Silent Watcher of each planet. Upon doing so the great Elohim were easily able to read the divine blueprint of each planet which had been given into safe keeping of the Silent Watchers by the God Parents of this system.

 Each Silent Watcher is the one who holds the Immaculate Concept of the divine pattern, which is entrusted into their care to be manifest. Upon receiving the design, these great beings enfold whoever or whatever they were brought forth to oversee. They also hold the original and perfect plan of the originators intact, careful to include each and every single aspect. They do not in any way change the plan, add, adjust or delete even the minutest detail. What they do, and they do it very well, is to always keep their attention focused upon the magnificent perfection placed within their consciousness by the God Parents.

 It is most interesting to occasionally take a few moments, to consider the limitless functions and jobs that are fulfilled by the various beings throughout the universe. In this way, you can begin to understand how each individual being involved, is a very necessary, important and significant part, of any and all creation. All are equally important! You can also see how, if one Elohim or Archangel chooses to change any part of the Divine Plan of the Godhead, everything within the whole system could be changed, and everyone could be affected in some way.

This concept has often been pointed out, in stories presented to you, by many imaginative and thinking individuals on your planet. For instance, in some of these stories, people suddenly find themselves placed in situations which have already occurred, some even already recorded, thereby becoming a portion of the events that make up a part of history. In these situations, the characters often realize, that if they do or say anything to change the course of previously recorded events, they could change the world in which they live right now.

However, beloved ones, universal creation is not necessarily like your books of science fiction. As a solar system unfolds, each being who is a part of that evolutionary process has the opportunity to co-create with God, just as we, the Elohim do. However, if you turn your attention away from the Will of God, and have no concern for the life involved in each plan of creation, if there is no understanding of the needs of the others involved, then it is possible that the manifestation might result in a certain amount of miscreation.

The Earth is such a wonderful schoolroom in which to receive the required wisdom and illumination concerning this concept, beloved ones. It is a place where, with practice, you can learn how to use your gift of free will choice, and still be fully attuned to the Will of your Father-Mother God. It all boils down to how you are developing as a human being, as to what your motive and personal needs and desires shall be.

Dear chelas, the counsel I give you this morning is not intended to pressure you, but rather, to encourage, enlighten and prepare you for your future, and how it shall manifest. I hope my words will assist you in moving forward in a logical and orderly manner as you continue on your path of spiritual preparation and mastery. Be assured, you will constantly receive further enlightenment, for none of the cosmic rays, their energy nor their gifts, are ever withheld. They are given freely to all life and they will continue to be available, working at all times, in an orderly sequence throughout the Earth and all her evolutions.

If any of you feel that you have missed something along the way, be assured that you have not! You must be loving and patient with yourself. Understand that you can, and will work only at your own pace, and in your own way, just as God intended. Let me take you now, as a group, on a little journey. Let us do some work with the Seven Steps of Precipitation, and for a little while, become co-creators with our God Parents.

Breathe in deeply, beloved ones, and visualize upon the screen of your mind my beautiful temple, The Hall of Serenity and Quietude in the Great Central Sun. Continuing to breathe rhythmically, in and out, you become more centered, and as you do, the details of my magnificent home become clearer. The structure itself is a wonderful pure white marble, covered with streaks of the softest gold to the brightest red running through the stone. To enhance the beauty of this sacred place, gardens filled with topaz, carnelian and ruby can be found not only along the pathways, but throughout the interior of the structure itself. They serve to magnetize and expand the gift of peace forth throughout the entire complex.

As the light of the Great Central Sun fills the rooms and illumines the precious stone and crystalline formations, the light is brilliant beyond belief, and its magnificence is almost more than you can bear, and your desire is to turn away. But more than anything else, you want to become the Flame of Peace! You decide right here and now, that you will accept the fullness of this divine quality into every atom and electron of your being, whatever it takes. Silently asking your Holy Christ Self for assistance, you perceive that if you will close your eyes, and consciously begin to breathe in deeply... and breathe out, this will help you in accomplishing your goal.

With love and constancy you draw the magnificent elixir of peace first into you emotional body and instantly you feel more peaceful. Next, the peace which does surpass the understanding of the human mind, moves into your mental and etheric vehicles. Your mind becomes still and your memories become good. Finally, your physical body becomes calm and serene. 

Feeling peaceful and refreshed, you vow to do everything possible to keep this new energy, within and around you, pure, forever. This you know can only be done by consecrating yourself to this endeavor, and then by using all your powers of concentration to do so. You also know that this perfect peace will be easier to sustain as time goes on for through the rhythm of your daily application, you will be able to maintain this momentum. Now, sealing yourself in an invincible forcefield of everlasting peace, your four lower vehicles become fully unified with your Holy Christ Self, I AM Presence, and Causal Body . You have truly become one with your Father-Mother God! Your only desire is to return to the world of form now and continue your good work, whatever it may be, this time from a new and higher level of consciousness.... So be it, beloved I AM.
