The Shamballa Letter
VOLUME 17, Number 22 June 2, 1995
My beloved disciples,
This week is one in which vast numbers of the human race will take time to celebrate the Feast of Pentecost and recognize the descent of Holy Spirit into this world as requested by beloved Jesus some time ago. Before his death, he realized that, during times of great change upon the Earth, mankind needed the gift of comfort to assist them for what lay ahead. Now, just as then, the people of Earth once again need all the gifts and blessings of Holy Spirit as the attention of every person upon this planet begins to turn to some activity of a higher spiritual nature, and their consciousness will then be raised to those levels which they can understand and accept.
This activity is happening all around you and as my disciples, there is much work to be done. To assist you in your many tasks I would like to take this opportunity to remind you of your responsibilities, not only during this week but at all times. First, by your every example, you must become the full expression of God, not only for yourself, but for all others, for it is to you, beloved ones that people will look for assistance and guidance. Through your every thought, word, action, and reaction you must share divine love with other lifestreams. Before you act you must think carefully and recognize how one life affects the lives of others. Realize the sacredness of all life for not one part is better or lesser than another.
Offer gratitude often for your four lower vehicles, especially for your physical body, for it is a Temple of Holy Spirit and the place from which you will offer, with great reverence, love and comfort to all life you contact. Just as you see the unique beauty of the physical forms of all your brothers and sisters, expand your vision outward and see the beauty which surrounds you throughout the elemental and nature kingdoms. Daily offer your gratitude for their loving support and service. Raise your vision higher and feel the mighty presence of the angels and send them your love, as together with all these kingdoms you strive always to manifest perfection upon this planet.
Recognize and come to understand the many rituals of your daily life and during this week see these qualities within yourself and in your relationships with others. Take note of how best you can assist others on their path and observe when perhaps you could have done something a little differently. Then call upon the law of forgiveness and receive a different course of action for your use in the future.
This time in the evolution of Earth is one of great communication at all levels of consciousness among people. Take time to observe others and see what it is they truly need. Often they only desire someone to listen as they sort out some confusion within themselves and come to understand what they must do or require. Whenever this happens, remain silent and be their friend and at those times when others request your opinion, ask the Presence of God to speak through you and with love and understanding share your answer with them.
Enfold yourselves always in a mighty cloak of peace and comfort, and with dignity go forth sharing with others the love and blessings of the Holy Spirit at all times. This is your task now, beloved ones, as my disciples and I love, bless, and thank you for your service to life.
