Beloved Chelas, 

Fortunate is the person who, due to the people around him at the time of transition, finds himself in an atmosphere of love, support, and encouragement toward his next step. As a lifestream enters the inner realms, the love and conscious determination of those around him, to hold an atmosphere of peace and purity, will assist him to an almost immediate acclimation to those realms. This atmosphere will protect him from negativity in the lower astral realms, permitting him to see only Beings of Light, who will guide him quickly upward into the Realms of Light and to wherever he needs to be. 

It may be noticed that, as his loved ones surround him, the consciousness of the soul preparing for transition may leave his physical surroundings frequently, even though the life force has not yet been withdrawn from his physical vehicle. During these times, he is investigating the inner realms, finding his direction, seeing and communicating with Beings of Light, often with friends and relatives who have preceded him on this very special journey. As a result of these inner experiences, coupled with returns to physical consciousness from time to time, he may sometimes seem confused. Understand that your loved one is preparing for a most important event and he has much to do. Often, the soul who is preparing for departure may ask, in deepest sincerity, to be taken home, because his inner desire to return to the Home of his Father-Mother God has become so intense. 

It is my hope that some of the teaching imparted will be useful to you, to let you know why it is so important to keep on with the work of clearing the astral realms, while you still walk the Earth. You, who are our chelas, received the privilege of embodiment with such happiness and anticipation to serve the Light. Then, when actually encountering the weight of the vehicles you inhabit on the Earth and the human consciousness that surrounds you, service has sometimes seemed difficult. 

I, Serapis, ask you to feel the joy and happiness in your life's service that you first felt, as you stood before the Lords of Karma, and received the great privilege of embodiment! Always keep on keeping on! 

I now bless you with the Light of the Ascension Flame that is eternally victorious, and I enfold you in my Love.
