Beloved Chelas, 

As we enter the final month of the present yearly cycle, our attention turns to the upcoming meeting of the Karmic Board, wherein the petitions submitted by our chelas, as well as those of the Ascended Masters, will be considered and decided upon. As you begin to contemplate some particular planetary need, to which you desire to devote your personal energies, it may be helpful to reflect upon the lessons you have learned over the past months. The successes and challenges that you have faced while growing in your understanding of Divine Law and Principle, can be useful tools in helping you to decide the areas in which you may be of greatest assistance during the coming year. 

Each of the outer situations which have come to you for healing, represent a special challenge to your unity with Christ Consciousness. The challenge of which I speak is that of discerning the nature of each manifestation, in order to place such occurrences in proper perspective. Every situation presented may be considered as a signal to the chela regarding a special need for healing in the mass consciousness. This is true, even when the situation also represents a return of personal karma. At times, a chela may misunderstand the nature of manifestation - thinking it to be purely personal, when in truth it is a call for assistance on behalf of the race. You are in the process of learning how to raise your consciousness out of the race consciousness, so that you may work more freely and with more mastery than was previously possible.

When you first entered the spiritual path, you were largely unaware of the communicable nature of mass consciousness. Indeed, at times you were unsure whether you were experiencing your own emotions or those of others around you. As you progress upon the Path, this can still present a difficult test from time to time. As you grow in spiritual consciousness, you become more proficient at recognizing the contagion of human consciousness and protecting yourself from the emotions and thoughts of others. 

It is time to become aware of the needs for healing around you without becoming emotionally attached to those needs, for such attachment intensifies the negative appearances and manifestations. The only way this awareness may be achieved is through recognizing the need, then rising above emotional attachment through unity with your Inner Christ. 

I ask you to begin to be aware of your responses, as you make invocations and decrees for Light on behalf of others. As you invoke the Violet Fire, for example, you feel the currents of the Flame moving through you. On another occasion, you may call for the Healing Flame, or the Flame of Divine Love. In each case, become aware of your own response to the Flame. The intensity of this response will help show you where your greatest powers of healing are. Notice the work to which you are most deeply attracted and the situations in the outer world which come to you again and again, drawing your deepest emotional responses. The experiences which are projected upon your screen of life may be considered significant signposts which point to your personal purpose and work. 

Beloved Master Serapis Bey has requested the opportunity to spend some time with you, to lay the groundwork for your participation in the year-end activities of the Karmic Board and the Spiritual Hierarchy. As you begin your personal preparations for these activities, know that I AM with you always, enfolding you in my Love and Peace!
