My Beloved Students, 

There are no qualities more desired and required by the entire group of chelas, students, and Lightworkers in the planet than those of enthusiasm and joy! I shall give you a several decrees for joyous enthusiasm in the work that needs to be done; asking that you use and share them freely with all those you believe will put them into service! 

DECREE:

Beloved I AM Presence! Fill me with your Joy and Enthusiasm right now and eternally sustained! SO BE IT! BELOVED I AM! 

DECREE:

Beloved Presence of God I AM! Fill me with beloved Ascended Master's Enthusiasm and Joy in service! SO BE IT! 

(NOTE: Insert any Ascended Master's name whose assistance you desire.) 

All Ascended Masters are filled with Joy and Enthusiasm in their service whatever it might be. Have you wondered why it seems so difficult to maintain on the physical level? The primary reason is that you are the members of our Brotherhood who must live, move and have your being in the physical world, surrounded by effluvia and negativity. I know it not easy to maintain a joyous attitude under these circum­stances. However, it is clear to see that these are the very first qualities you must cultivate.  

If you recall, beloved Lord Ling, the God of Happiness, has spoken to you regarding this. He said that when you awaken in the morning, you must take note of the first feelings and thoughts that come to you. If they are not joy and happiness, then you must insist upon these qualities! Herein lies the key to all you desire as a God-free Being! Insist! Call out for the Divine Qualities of Joy and Enthusiasm in your service to life! 

Short affirmations and decrees are excellent and easy to memo­rize. Then you always have them in your minds for instant use. I will include a longer decree, as well. Take a few minutes to check the construction of each decree presented during this time. It will help you learn the art of creating your own decrees more quickly! 

DECREE FOR JOY AND ENTHUSIASM 

In the Name and Authority of the Presence of God I AM, I now *COMMAND! (*3X) Ascended Master Rays of loving Enthusiasm and Joy to strike into the very center of my Being and world! 

See that enthusiasm and joy in service becomes the sustaining quality of my every thought, feeling, action and reaction, becoming a motivating source of energy to all life I contact in every way. Let joy and enthusiasm spread to the ends of the Earth! Let it penetrate to the center of her being, and rise to fill the atmosphere about her! Sustain the Earth and all her evolutions in the Joy and Enthusiasm of the Ascended Masters and light workers everywhere! 

I make this call as God's Most Holy Name, I AM! 

Notice how the quality of Joy fills your heart even as you give this decree! Rest in the Joy of our friendship, always!
