The Shamballa Letter
VOLUME 14, Number 25 June 19, 1992
My Beloved Chelas,
I serve as the Hierarch of both the Temple of Wisdom and Understanding in Kashmir, India, and the Training Center over the physical focus of Shamballa. In both instances, I oversee, but am not limited to, the teaching efforts in these locations. The Ascended Master Teachers at all Foci of Light who instruct the developing chelas assist me as needed.
There is a mighty triangle of Light formed between Shamballa, the great Teton Retreat, and the Cities of Saint John. Within each of these three Retreats, there are major teaching focuses established, which cover the entire planet with their radiation. Every developing chela of light upon the planet Earth is receiving instruction in these teaching centers at various times, depending upon their individual development, and the current needs of the planet.
One of these focuses is my Training Center in the great etheric City of Shamballa. This is the Focus of Divine Principle. The foundation of the training here is teaching about the Spiritual Principles that are embodied in the teachings of the Ascended Masters, and externalized through the group work.
All teachings that are released by the Spiritual Hierarchy for the purpose of publication by The Bridge to Spiritual Freedom Activity are received by the Group Channel; edited and published through the physical focus for the use of the entire network. The network is formed by the outpost groups and individual chelas. This tremendous network enfolds the entire planet by connecting first, with Headquarters and then with all other groups and chelas on the Earth by ties of light.
The entire network, together with the City of Shamballa, the Teton Retreat, and the Cities of Saint John, has been named by John the Beloved as "The Body of Light". He will instruct you more about the Body of Light, and various functions of the chelas and outpost groups, after I provide the information about the basic structure of the Triangle formed by the three major Training Centers involved.
The physical focus of Shamballa on Long Island was established some time ago to serve as the Heart Center, or Headquarters, for the planetary teaching effort established by the Great White Brotherhood. This involves several functions. The primary function is the preparation, publishing and distributing of all material released by the Ascended Masters and Cosmic Beings who wish to address spiritual seekers through this teaching network.
In addition, Headquarters (Since 2003 relocated in Payson, Arizona within the Cities of Saint John.) is used by the worldwide family of chelas as a conference center. At certain times during each year, the chelas may come together at Shamballa to communicate with each other, and to form a unified chalice for us. As such, they receive the words of the Ascended Masters and Cosmic Beings who wish to speak to them. Following a conference, each individual chela carries their experiences and the expanded understanding received back to their communities. There, they share with their groups and those who are drawn to them to learn about the Ascended Masters and the planetary healing efforts being made.
This not only expands the work of the Hierarchy, but also makes the chelas aware of the fact that they are connected as a worldwide family. This is extremely important to promote the idea and ideal of universal brotherhood, as exemplified by the Great White Brotherhood, and reflected in the group efforts made throughout the membership of our embodied brothers and sisters. Wherever you reside on this dear Earth, you are a part of the Heart Center, and of the Hearts of all of us who guide you in your growing Spiritual awareness and knowledge.
I bless you in your every effort to externalize God's beloved Brotherhood of Light. I know that the Earth is dear to your hearts, or you would not have chosen to serve as our brothers and sisters in the world of form. It is dear to my heart, because it has served so graciously as my training ground, as well. Together, we shall hold this planet in our hearts and hands. Together, we shall breathe the Flame of God's Love, Wisdom and Power of Attainment into all life thereon.
