The Shamballa Letter
VOLUME 14, Number 23 June 5, 1992
Beloved Chelas of Light,
We will begin a study of some of the major Training Centers established by the Great White Brotherhood and other Cosmic Beings for the purpose of working with the lightbearers who are embodied on the planet Earth. The ultimate purpose of all training given is to establish the spiritual teachings in the physical octave, making them available to all who desire them. Ascended Masters, Archangels, Elohim and other Cosmic Beings, whose interest is drawn to the needs of Earth through their response of Divine Love, may all use such foci of Light. The receptive consciousness of each member of the race of man, at whatever point of spiritual evolution he or she may be, is the recipient of this assistance, to whatever degree is permitted under Cosmic Law. Through man's consciousness, this light flows to all life which is under his command.
All Light is Spiritual, and flows to a planet with the movement of the Sun to which it belongs. In the case of planet Earth, the flow of Light is from East to West. With this orderly and repetitive action, the Light of God flows over the Earth each day, bringing 'enlightenment' to all life upon the planet.
In order to accommodate the needs of life on the Earth, there are specific patterns of Retreats established over each continent and all land surfaces upon the Earth. Most of these are concerned with enlightenment and other assistance which is needed by human beings. However, elemental life is also a major concern, and protection and purification of all life forms and forces is assisted through such foci and retreats.
There are foci of Light over the waters of the Earth, as well, and these are used to radiate Light to the elemental life in those regions. These may provide interest for later discussion, but our beginning study will be upon the training centers in both the etheric and physical realms of the North American Continent.
If you think of the physical sun as giving life force to the planet, then the Retreats of the Ascended Masters and other foci of light established around the planet or on its surface act as smaller suns. They gather and disseminate the light of the sun in ways that are the most beneficial to life in the area in which they exist. They may act to either step down the radiation of the sun, or to intensify the Light, according to the need of the hour.
In exactly the same way, each human being is also a 'sun'; a focus or point of light that is intended to act as a giver of life in his or her area on the planet. Of course, because evolution is a process of growth and learning to a large degree, allowances are made for this learning process. In other words, one may progress either more rapidly, or slowly, according to his or her free will, and the application made.
As we move into the study of Retreats and some specific functions established within them, I ask that you take preparatory time this week to focus upon yourself as a radiating center—a 'sun' serving under the Sun of Helios and Vesta. Focus your life force upon the needs within your sphere of influence. First enter the Sacred Silence within your own Heart Flame, giving praise and thanksgiving to your 'I AM' Presence. Breathe upon your Flame! As you inbreathe, accept the Holy Breath as the outbreath of your Presence; the Light which you are. As you outbreathe, expand the Light throughout your four lower vehicles. Finally, on the projected breath, visualize the Light spiraling forth from your Heart Center into the activity with which you wish to work.
Now, in respect to Mighty Hercules, picture his Flame before you, and transmit it into all life for which you are responsible, establishing God's Holy Will into your activities. As a chela of the Ascended Masters, you have the opportunity, the power, and the love to blaze the Light of God into the entire Earth, so do not limit your possibilities of achievement! In this year of teaching, we are working with the Flame of Illumination, so you will be doing a great deal of balancing of your Three-fold Flame to bring it to the perfection of its ability.
During this month, use the tremendous impetus of Hercules to strengthen God's Will in yourself, and to intensify all the attributes of the First Ray into your consciousness. Intensify your awareness of the perfection of God's Will for all life! This is the way to use the Retreat of the Month to assist life, starting with your own! Continue with that which is close to you your nearest and dearest, and just keep expanding your work in wider and wider circles of influence and love. Expand your aura to enfold more and more life within it! This is your developing mastery, and your reason for being!
