My Beloved Disciples of Holy Spirit, 

At this time, many foci of the Ascended Masters and Cosmic Beings are being expanded and others are being reactivated, because they are needed to prepare humankind for the cosmic changes that are taking place. There is an emphasis upon teaching for this same reason. All of us within the Octaves of Light are working on behalf of the lifestreams on Earth, assisting in whatever ways we can. 

John the Beloved, who has been writing the Shamballa Letters to you recently, is going to share this responsibility with several other Master Teachers. I ask that you take a few moments to think about the love and dedication that is constantly given to you by all of these Great Beings of Light, deciding within your hearts to follow their example of cooperation, love, and dedication to the work which needs to be done at this time. 

You are aware of many of the Retreats and Temples of the Ascended Masters. You have been shown the flow of Light in relationship to the assimilation and expansion of the Sacred Flames. Just as the Spiritual Activity of the petitions has been reactivated and emphasized as a powerful Spiritual tool, we now emphasize the use of the Holy Breath in projecting the Sacred Flames around the Earth. 

The Transmission Flame Activity was established by Beloved Holy Æolus a number of years ago, while he was serving as Maha Chohan. At that time, in order to instill this sacred activity in the hearts and minds of the chelas, it was asked that they use the breathing pattern to transmit the Flame of the Temple opened for that month, completely around the Earth, moving from Retreat to Retreat in an easterly direction until the planet was covered by the activity of that Flame. This ceremony has served to make our chelas aware of the conscious use of the Holy Breath in assimilating and expanding the God Qualities within the Flames of the various Retreats, and of the network of assistance that is achieved through such cooperative service. As well, it has exerted a great unifying bond between ourselves, and the entire family of chelas worldwide. 

Because of the expansion and reactivation of many Retreats and Foci of Light, it is the desire of beloved Holy Æolus and myself that all of you incorporate the monthly Breathing Statement into your daily meditations, if you have not already done so. It is an excellent way of beginning your personal meditation times, and of unifying in consciousness with the other chelas who are working with you. 

There are other and more personal benefits to be had through the use of the Holy Breath, which our teachers will be bringing to your attention. These will include some methods that we believe will be helpful to all of you in advancing your own development, as well as the planetary effort. In these ways, you will be able to expand and project the Sacred Flames into all situations where you sense there is a need of spiritual assistance. 

I wish to thank each chela who has opened their heart and understanding to my voice and those of my beloved Teachers, for their dedication and constancy of effort is not one that can be described by mere words. It is such that it can only be understood and accepted in the silence of your own heart--each precious heart that is lifted high--a Chalice to be filled with the Light, the Breath and the Love of Holy Spirit! Receive these Gifts now, and let them overflow into your Being and world, oh, beloved Disciple of Holy Spirit! Breathe it in, and breathe it out, for you are held within the embrace of my Being, and there you shall remain.
