The Shamballa Letter

Beloved Chelas,
We shall now return to a study of the teaching network that is established over the North American Continent. The first focus about which I have given you some information is my Training Center located in the etheric City of Shamballa. This is the Focus of Divine Principle. The Blue Ray is anchored there by beloved Master El Morya. He is, as you know, the founder and sponsor of The Bridge to Spiritual Freedom Activity. The primary emphasis at this Center is the study of Divine Principles and their application, as this forms the foundation of all spiritual teachings.
The second focus is the teaching center established at the Grand Teton Retreat. It is the Focus of Divine Illumination and Wisdom. It is under the supervision of beloved Master Dwjal Khul and his staff of teachers. The primary purpose of the training at this Retreat is to provide the Illumination and Wisdom necessary for the assimilation of all spiritual teachings. To this end, Dwjal Khul focuses the Golden Ray through the Network.
Lord Lanto also serves the teaching network, directing the Precipitation Flame into the teachings at all centers, thereby assisting people to activate the teachings and bring them to practical use in their lives and spheres of influence. This center at the Grand Teton Retreat is enormous in scope, and primarily serves the Teachers of the Race, working with all Seven Cosmic Rays. Among the Great White Brotherhood and ascended Masters, Lord Lanto and Dwjal Khul are known as Teachers of the Teachers. To study under their direct tutelage is an honor indeed. The Teachers of the Race are their primary concern, and it is these teachers who work with the chelas and the race of humankind in general.
All of you, our chelas, are students of the Teachers of the Race, studying at the Grand Teton Retreat to expand your special endeavors. From time to time, you have the opportunity to sit in on lectures given by the Great Masters themselves. This is the primary reason that the Grand Teton Retreat is always open to the chelas worldwide. At any time your sponsoring Master feels you have a need; he or she may request that you attend study sessions held there. Your personal requests for information regarding any of the Seven Ray functions, qualities and purposes may also be honored at this retreat.
I would like to mention here that you may apply for lectures and special studies with any of the Teachers at any of the retreats mentioned, should your interest be stirred. Any special interest a chela may have is very welcome to those who serve as Teachers of the Race, because it indicates that you are thinking about ways to serve, and that you desire to serve more fully.
The third focus is the Central Training Center in the Cities of St. John. It is called the Focus of Divine Love. Its activity is centered upon the Third Ray of Divine Love, specifically the activity of the Holy Spirit. John the Beloved anchors the Third and Sixth Rays in this focus and its activity. The primary purpose is to infuse all teachings with the Quality and vibration of God's Pure Divine Love and the desire to serve all life.
The Third and Sixth Rays are focused upon all teaching endeavors in the planet. They permeate the illumination that is given to the students with the activity of Divine Love and the desire to serve, which are the attributes of the Holy Spirit. The activity of the Light begins with the teaching and grounding of students in Divine Principle and God's Will at Shamballa, then the illumination and understanding is infused. Finally, the Rays of Divine Love and Service are added.
The return currents flow Eastward over the Bridge to the Temple of Holy Spirit at Shamballa, and from there are dispensed to other retreats around the Earth. We will expand upon this understanding as the study moves forward during this Year of Teaching.
