The Shamballa Letter

Beloved Chelas, 

At Ceremonies of great importance, such as the one that we have just experienced, the Chohans often choose to sit with their chelas and the other members of their Brotherhoods who are in attendance, rather than in the places of honor that are always provided for them. This is because the Chohans choose to work with the chelas at every opportunity. The reason is that they wish to expand and intensify the consciousness of the chelas and students of Light, thereby accelerating their spiritual progress. Of course, they also wish to further the work at hand. Consequently, even the most sacred ceremonials may be used as additional opportunities for education and service. It is our desire to serve whenever possible, and the Earth and her evolutions are our primary concern at this time.

I bring this to your attention because a chela is being taught to think and act along the same lines as the Master who is teaching him. You are the extension of the work of the Great White Brotherhood in the physical world. Just as Master Jesus came to respond to the slightest thought or desire of Lord Maitreya, even to the raising of his hand in blessing if the Master so desired, so must you come to reflect the Master in action where you are. This is the true outpicturing of the sacred partnership that we often bring to your attention.

I explained previously that there is much discussion about the petitions, which takes place prior to the meeting where the decisions are handed down. The ceremony itself is the culmination of all the planning and work which has preceded the actual decisions reached about the course of action that will be followed. It is a landmark ceremony, for it celebrates the decisions made, and all they represent. However, it is a landmark ceremony because of the fact that it represents also the beginning of a release of energy, love, and work, through a sacred partnership which has been established at both inner and outer realms.

This partnership is one into which a great deal of effort and work has been placed, and it is also an alliance which will lead to the ascension of the earthbound partner. Yet, nothing may be promised to the chela. Often, the work itself is the only ongoing sign of the love and constancy between those who have a common purpose and desire in their minds and hearts. This is based upon Faith, the belief that God's Will is Perfection for all life, and the willingness to work together to bring this belief into manifestation.

It is bound in Love, and grows in Illumination and Wisdom as the work goes forward, with both the Octaves of Light and the world of form working together for the brotherhood, cooperation, and peace of all kingdoms of creation. Is it not beautiful?

As you consider the privilege of being a part of this Activity of Light, I extend the love and gratitude of the Great White Brotherhood for your continuing service to expand their Light into the Earth.
