The Shamballa Letter
VOLUME 13, Number 40 October 4, 1991
Beloved Friends,
Following the presentation and acceptance of Lord Zadkiel's petition in conjunction with Lord Michael and Mother Mary, I will only add that the remaining petitions of the Chohans were accepted as well. Several other petitions were made as a joint activity, including a petition that was presented by Master El Morya together with Beloved Saint Germain. Their petition has to do with the acceleration of the work being done at the Heart Center of Shamballa and on its behalf, but details may not be revealed at this time. All of the chelas who are connected with this petition - and there are quite a few - are to know by my words what their responsibilities are in relationship to this petition. It is my sincere request that you accept this in your hearts, and fulfill your part with joy and love of service. I thank you, and I join you in this service with my Joy, that yours may also be full.
There is also a petition regarding government, which is of the utmost planetary import. El Morya, Saint Germain, and Lord Lanto are combining their Cosmic efforts to support the unity and solidarity which has been petitioned, and ask that all of you who joined their petition to be especially faithful in your use of government related decrees, especially those for the assistance of additional Solar Lords. They ask that you be alert to make these calls whenever you are impressed to do so. They will also welcome additional assistance from those of you who may desire to expand your service in this direction.
Regarding the great teaching effort that is to be made, much assistance from the Realms of Light is granted, but it is extremely important that each chela involved hold the Immaculate Concept for the spiritual principles involved, and make the necessary calls in its behalf. Saint Germain is active here also, as is Master Kuthumi, Master Dwjal Khul, and myself. There are others, but it is the desire of the Masters who are guiding you at this time that you continue in your efforts to tune in to your classroom sessions at the Retreats, individually and as groups. They request that you see what opportunities present themselves to you in your daily rounds that will assist you to develop your understanding still further. They ask also that you express creativity in your work, and that you be alert to the creative possibilities in others who may assist you.
Beloved Hilarion and I have also presented a petition together for the healing efforts that are being put forth now, and we have received great support from the chelas in this work, as well. We have been joined by a Second Ray Master who has offered to help develop a deeper understanding in mankind of the need for the healing of the mental and emotional vehicles to precipitate the physical healing required. Please call for this illumination in the mass consciousness to be established more firmly and quickly.
I hope that this will be of assistance to all of you who submitted petitions, and I can assure you that your love and desire to help your brothers and sisters in the Family of Man are a work of Light you cannot yet fully realize. We are so deeply grateful for your love for us, and the great desire you hold within your hearts to truly work with us - and with each other - in harmony and peace, to bring about the healing of the Earth.
The release of Light at the conclusion of the Ceremony of The Scrolls is so powerful and beautiful that it is not possible to truly describe. Call upon your 'I AM' Presence now to assist you to picture it in your minds, as I reveal the movement of the Light as it was transmitted to Shamballa. I have told you that the Divine Complements of the Elohim stood in the atmosphere above the Sanctuary, as well as mighty Devas, and legions upon legions of Angels from every Cosmic Ray. After all petitions were submitted and acknowledged, Lady Portia rose, and the entire assembly rose to their feet, as well. The Altar is at the furthest western point of the Council Chamber, which means that the Karmic Board is seated facing Eastward.
All of us attuned to Unity in complete Silence, just as at the opening of our service. Then, as one body, we turned to face East toward the Etheric City of Shamballa. Before us, every wall and structure became transparent.
The Archangels, the Members of the Karmic Board, Beloved Helios and Vesta, all of us, and every Being in that great Sanctuary blazed their combined Light to the East - over the Great Rainbow Bridge.
The Archaii together with the Complements of the Elohim overhead intensified and expanded that Light, directing and projecting its tremendous outpouring to the Temple of the Cosmic Dove at Shamballa. Before the Light was released from the Sanctuary, it swept in and through the Heart Flames of all those in the general assembly, then went forth in all the colors of the Seven Cosmic Rays. The messengers of Beloved El Morya and Saint Germain and their groups enfolded the Light with the Royal Blue Ray - now on the right as we all face Eastward - and the tremendous vibratory activity of the Violet Ray on the left.
Never have I witnessed a more magnificent display of the Power of Light! The mighty Devas and Legions of Angels acted as transporters and guardians of that Light, until it was received at Shamballa. There, it was received by Beloved Holy Ĉolus, the Maha Chohan Paul, and their brotherhood, then channeled through their Heart Flames and dispensed immediately into the waiting Chalice above the Flame Room at the Ascension Temple. This was accomplished during the service in which the petitions of all of the participating chelas were being consigned to the physical flame.
That Outpouring, further intensified through the Heart Flames of the chelas at the Ascension Focus, was then released to its final destination, which was the center of the Earth. It filled the body of the planet with its power of Love and Light. All life in the Earth, the waters of the Earth, and in the atmosphere, were bathed in the tremendous outpouring of Light that night, and for many days thereafter! There is yet a reserve, held by the Brotherhood in Beloved Pelleur's Kingdom, to which your ongoing efforts will be added.
When you make your calls for the children, healing, illumination, or whatever you have petitioned and vowed to help sustain, know that the Brotherhoods all over the Earth, and in Pelleur's Kingdom, are doing likewise! This, beloved ones, is our unified Activity of Light and Love!
