Beloved Chelas,

Every individual belonging to the humanity of Earth has a Spirit. When one decides within his heart and feeling world to identify himself with the Oneness of God, he enters into a period of unfoldment wherein is developed, within himself, the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit has been always there, but has been - one might say - held in abeyance because of the free will accorded to mankind.

In my humble capacity, I AM the representative and the embodiment of the Holy Spirit in its radiating activity within the planet Earth, as well as the sister planets of the solar system.

The word "Spirit" is synonymous with Life, and the expression of "Holy Spirit" denotes the feeling of the Godhead embodied within this Spirit of Life. It is to develop the Holy Spirit within every lifestream of the humanity of which "I AM" is the Guardian, that the great Father-Mother Principle itself has called me forth. Every Spirit which is embodied within this race is an expression of this Father-Mother principle of life.

It is my counsel that you meditate upon my words. You will find that you will receive much enlightenment upon that which I have given you.

Remember always, where the Holy Spirit dwells - PEACE is always present.
