Mighty Zarathustra

I come to you today with the Blessing of my Radiation of the Sacred Fire. I AM he who is known as Zarathustra. 

It is my privilege to bring the knowledge of the fourth element Fire to the people of Earth, teaching them to call forth this invisible force, which enables them to blend the Flame with the elements of earth and air, thus achieving the ascension into the vibration of Perfection. The Flame, as you well know, is an activity of the Fourth Dimension and it is invisible until called forth. It makes it possible for men to reach into the Fourth Dimension through its use. 

The name… Zarathustra… means to ignite! I am now in the process of the final service I am to render the Earth in teaching mankind to call forth the Spiritual Flame.  

The chelas at Shamballa and in the majority of other localities have graduated into Cosmic Service at Cosmic Levels. The Group service as well as each individual comprising the unit takes an initiation from time to time and you probably realized, through the Radiation, that your service lately has been in Cosmic Capacity… for whole Nations, the Planet, all mankind and the various evolutions in training hereon... and as a result you will draw tremendous assistance from the Cosmic Law. 

Let me counsel you… remember that the release of Cosmic Powers necessitates a great deal of self-control and ability to HOLD THE PEACE. I would that you realize all who come to Shamballa, the shining Isle, should be screened so to speak for Cosmic Beings do not relish having a complete service interfered with by an untrained vehicle that just clutters up the service that is to be rendered. This is a very important point and in no way does it demean anyone... but those who have not advanced to the point where their radiation is not compatible to that which is being released should not enter the Sanctuary… do all you can to assist evolving lifestreams but remember the fact that Shamballa is even now “The Holy of Holies” and the constantly increasing Radiation should not be interfered with.
