The Shamballa Letter

The Beloved Maha Chohan 

The Ascended Masters moving through the Universe draw from the Universal Cosmic Supply of Light Substance whatsoever they require for a specific purpose in the way of jewels, raiment, food, etc. – use it as long as their design requires, and then releasing the Universal Light from the pressure of their thought and feeling return it again to the unformed. In this way the Master carries within himself at all times the fullness of everything he can possibly require at a given moment. The Universal Light Substance is obedient to the direction of his thought and feeling, and takes form instantly according to his demand.  

Unascended beings move in the same Sea of Light, which is the breathing, pulsating, intelligent Body of God. There is no lifestream so poor but that he is submerged in this obedient, intelligent Presence. This Universal Light has been qualified by the Cosmic “I AM” Presence to obey the thought and feeling impulses of mankind.

This was a gift of Love providing the way and means of creating and drawing from the Universal Light whatsoever he requires through concentrated thought and constructive feeling. Thought and feeling directed into the Universal Light cause that Light to respond and make instantly the manifestation corresponding to that thought and feeling. Mankind thus through ignorant, uncontrolled thought and feeling has charged and surcharged the atmosphere in and around themselves with distorted form, and have imprisoned the Universal Light Substance by reason of its instant obedience, into these expressions.  

The chelas know this mentally but it is the feeling world which must be trained. When the chela begins to understand the Light around him is recording instantly and constantly that which he thinks and dwells upon in secret, he will realize and recognize that limitations can only be replaced by freedom, opulence, purity and peace as he changes the quality of his thinking and feeling processes, and when the quality of his thought and feeling is pressed into the Universal Light in a healthy, constructive manner, the obedient Light will return to him the fulfillment of his inner nature. He can attempt to change the “without” forever, but until he changes the “within” he does not come into the freedom the Master experiences, because the Master carries his wealth not in his pocket but in his Consciousness. When one carries his peace, not in external circumstances that momentarily are balanced, but in his consciousness and as his consciousness holds these qualities of Peace and Perfection before the mirror of the Universal Light, the Light cannot disobey the Universal Cosmic “I AM” Presence, and must manifest that which is impressed upon It from WITHIN.
