While my Energies are turned primarily to Divine Government for this Earth, in order to accomplish this, it is essential that I remind you that you each shall attain Divine Government of your individual lifestreams. 

At this important hour in the evolution of this Earth you surely realize the tremendous task that lies before us in answering the call in the hearts of men for a solution not only to their own personal problems but those of a world-wide scale the heinous crimes which are taking place are the result of the uncontrolled and yet to be purified records in some lifestreams abiding on this Planet… and who one day must come to a realization of their reason for being. 

The Wheel of Cosmic Progress is made up of many spokes, each spoke a different personality, with a different Quality to offer the whole, but each one essential to the balanced progression of the revolving wheel representative of this Planet. The Wheel is now turning with greater rapidity, and as the revolutions become quicker all mud and impurity will be thrown off and your concerted cooperation will enable the revolving wheel to draw to itself those truly dedicated and blessed lifestreams who are so hungrily seeking the way back Home. 

Harmony in your lifestreams is imperative, and I counsel you to let no one ‘spoke’ dislike another, for it is ridiculous to think of any spoke disliking another. All are needed for a well-rounded progressive wheel, with the hub of Divine Love. Let us forget all opinions of another lifestream. You have seen a windmill wheel turning over the slats beneath. Each strong opinion is as though one of you held a slab stationary against the progressing wheel. We must turn the wheel over many such obstructions.  Your Key to assisting your fellow traveler is the release of harmonious radiation, knowing that in so doing you are filling the over-all pattern of life with a smoother pathway upon which man may tread… which one day will enable each lifestream to turn inward, instead of to some far off dreamed of ‘Heaven’ which heretofore has been his Goal! 

It is to you, our chelas, who are so sincerely endeavoring to become the Christ that we look for assistance, and which should become more evident in lieu of the Instruction we have released through the years. In some the Christ is becoming evident and they now humbly realize that the expression of their TRUE IDENTITY is possible of accomplishment. This Consciousness is attainable for all… by setting aside the little human self and placing their all on the Altar of Divine Service.
