The Shamballa Letter

A SPECIAL LETTER FROM THE COSMIC HOLY SPIRIT

 Beloved chelas of my Heart! 

You have been told how it was my privilege to have been the one to personally nurture and instruct the first blessed chelas that formed the nucleus of this Activity – then known as The Bridge to Freedom… a very small but dedicated band of hand-picked lifestreams, drawn together in a common bond of loyalty by that Master of disciplined obedience, the Beloved El Morya. 

Oh, how far you have all come and how much the Activity has grown, even though there are few of that original group left. Some have been called Home and have gone on to higher Cosmic Service, while there are others who are no longer even a part of the heart core within this Activity. In an earlier address the Beloved Mother Mary explained in detail her Cosmic Service of assisting Elemental life to form the heart core of each lifestream taking embodiment, and that one cell out of every two is cast off until the perfected nucleus of a lifestream is formed. Thus it is only to be expected that there will be some who will be drawn into the Activity of The New Age Church, in these early stages, who will be unable to withstand the unusually rigorous Spiritual Training. Seeing the future responsibilities required of them, they will no doubt flee in confusion and seek quieter paths elsewhere! 

This is a time of tremendous sifting and sorting, for even though the numbers are larger than those of 30 years ago, we are attempting to form the Nucleus of the greatest Spiritual Activity the world has ever known. To achieve this, it is necessary to fuse together many ‘cells’ - dedicated chelas that, with every pulsation of Light from the Spiritual Hierarchy at Shamballa, send out the Life Force to sustain every other cell within the body of The New Age Church… no matter how far from the Heart those members might be. 

As of now there are very few that are a part of this nucleus, but even though the heart is small the vital pulse-beat is strong. In the case of a physical body, too great an exertion of one or more members within that body will put undue strain on the heart to the point where it may temporarily tire or even stop completely. It is important; therefore, that the body always be treated with respect and the ultimate consideration be given to the service of your heart, for this is your very life. 

So if it is with this Activity, for each blessed chela must play their part in relieving the strain on those few cells that presently form the Heart (wherever they are in the world), drawing as much life as is needed to achieve a momentum of their own. Through self-effort will they grow to be a heart center of Spiritual Truth and Life in their own orbit, just as a Planet sustains Life upon Its surface by drawing the sustenance required from Its own Central Sun. As each Heart Cell draws energy from the Three-fold Flame within the heart center, so too are you finding that your ‘Central Sun’ is Shamballa… the Life Force from which flows to you through the body of The New Age Church. 

Do you fully comprehend the tremendous privilege that is yours, at this time in the Earth’s evolution, to be even considered as a member of this unique organization… for you have been elected to be a candidate to form the Heart Center of the Church of the New Age. We are now in the process of selecting those ‘cells’ that will be able to serve continually without faltering for an instant. In the years to come, will you be able to look back to this day and say that you were one of the ‘select of the ELECT’? 

What are the requirements, you might say, to be one of the chosen few? Numbers have no meaning, for it is the intention of the Hierarchy to form as great a Heart as possible. The key lies in realizing your commitment to Service and the true meaning of the word chela. Once I shall pronounce you to be my disciple – a Disciple of the Holy Spirit. On that day you will receive your Anointing from me, to be a New Age group leader fully qualified to lead others to the Fount of Spiritual Knowledge, just as I have led you. But first you must qualify for this initiation, and this is done through obedient chela-ship. 

The word Chela, in the Indian language, means servant, disciple, or pupil; the very essence of which implies pure discipline and obedience. The word Disciple comes from the Latin word Discipulus meaning a pupil or learner. In earlier days, to ‘Discipline’ meant to educate, train or instruct but more recently has come to imply forceful methods used to bring someone under control through subordination. This is not the purpose of discipline, which you will come to understand as you proceed with your studies. To each prospective chela we asked for a commitment to Self; a commitment to the one Cause; and commitment to serve with us in the Higher Realms. To stay true to these commitments require great ‘Discipline’, for although we give you the ‘Rules of the Road’, you and you alone are responsible to uphold the Law in your own world. Every transgression of the Law must be corrected by you, with little or no help, for the lesson of great chela-ship is being able to reach each goal of attainment with little or no assistance from us. 

To be a group Leader requires great strength as others look to you for guidance and help. The tests and trials that you are given from time to time are designed to see how well you can fare on your own, and the more adept you become at applying the Law in your everyday circumstances, the easier you will find it to pass through each test as they come up. As long as you have embodiment, and as long as you are willing to accept responsibility for teaching others, you will always be subject to stringent tests the combined results of which transport you from one Initiation to the next. Each Initiation is a key that unlocks the door to another level of responsibility as you develop your God identify. One day you will stand on the threshold of the Ascension Temple to receive the great Initiation of your Ascension, but for now I ask that you strive to be a chela in the truest sense of the word; loyal; disciplined; obedient; studious; willing; energetic; alive; alert; awake; and active within this Activity… St Germain’s New Age Church! 

Then will you be able to go forth as my representative, forming the nucleus of a Spiritual Group in your locality – living as a manifest example of the God or Goddess in embryo that you really are – training others to do likewise!
