Beloved Ones: 

Beloved hearts of Light, I am truly happy to have the honor of magnetizing your consciousness to our Retreat in France - the Beloved Focus of the Liberty Flame! Kindly be seated. 

Now please center your consciousness within the Christ in your beings... your True Identity! All that expresses as the personal you is, of course, the result of your accumulated beliefs through the centuries and now stands revealed for all to see.... that which you believe to be you, the human personality! 

Oh yes, in some instances you partially believe that you can change this expression and do enter into the Christ Consciousness and you are transmuting the dross of all that is unreal. You have done quite well through the years and have greatly raised your consciousness. 

However, for years we have spoken of being the Christ in action and have offered you, the opportunity which you did not fully accept. We shall repeat and repeat the importance of this state of being until every word you utter, every breath you take and send forth will carry the Essence of the Dweller within the folds of the flesh body. 

I repeat, truly there is a tremendous improvement in your consciousness, but you have not accepted in full Faith that the Christ is the Doer, the Doing, and the Deed. 

This month particularly, you have a magnificent opportunity to become the fullness of your Inner Self and that Expression can and will be manifest through your flesh forms, IF you decide to follow our advice. 

Bless, oh bless, the dear components of your physical garments, for when you realize you have dressed that body in the lower consciousness which you have held, they surely now deserve to be clothed in the essence of Love and Gratitude. And, of course, every particle of life - the Beings of the Elements, and all the long suffering elementals should all be the recipients of loving gratitude for their service to you and all life. 

The glorious Goddess of Liberty has placed her Luminous Presence above the amphitheater which covers the entire European Continent and the British Isles... and this will serve to magnetize in particular the Heads of Government and their associates... and the Beloved Micah, Angel of Unity, Beloved El Morya, and the mighty Victory will be in attendance at various intervals to assist in the infiltration of the true meaning of Liberty... and World Brotherhood! 

Returning to the Retreat itself, you are aware that the Liberty Flame constantly pulsates here, and our beautiful and powerful Goddess of Liberty, as one of the sponsors for this year, is using her full gathered momentum to assist the chelas who are privileged to come here in their etheric garments, to liberate the Inner Self from the bondage of the human consciousness. 

Children, it is necessary that we remind you constantly of these Sacred Truths, for the time is drawing nigh when all on this Planet must be the expression of the Christ Consciousness… to remain in physical embodiment!!! This is not a scare tactic as some might think... it is a statement made so that the truly dedicated chelas whom the Spiritual Hierarchy have coddled, as it were, through the centuries, with the various ways and means of purifying the human consciousness will rise and fully dedicate their energies to our Holy Cause! It is now expedient for you to so do, if you wish to continue in service to the Spiritual Hierarchy and be our representatives on Earth... to sum it all up, be the Christ in action at all times. 

Every time you permit a thought to enter your consciousness that it is such a task or how can I do it… you simply deter, limit and delay the time of that accomplishment. Your human consciousness has no power except that which you give it... the only Reality in the Universe is the Christ Consciousness. 

Learn and quickly, the Law of Life... the Edict which came forth in the Beginning, is now, and ever shall be! And which was expressed through everyone before the fall of man! 

Rise to your feet, so to speak, straighten your spine and in this exceptional time of liberation prove to the Almighty that you have finally decided to accept the purpose of his creation... and that you are willing to take the final initiation and will become his messenger on Earth, to bring forth the Kingdom of Perfection on this dear Earth… and all this can easily be accomplished through Love Divine, in humble submission or bending the knee of the human to permit The Christ to take command! 

The Spiritual Hierarchy needs you and we are counting on you to remember and put these simple statements of Truth into action... remembering the statement of our beloved Master Jesus made during his early Mission when he said... I, of myself can do nothing... it is the Christ within that doeth the works. 

I shall now have to proceed to the Flame Room where I shall have the privilege of standing at the side of the Beloved Paul, the Maha Chohan, and the Goddess of Liberty, where we shall ask your loving participation with us in sending the Holy Flame of Liberty around the Planet to bless and raise all life into greater perfection.
