My dear  Children: 

The glorious Radiation of Cosmic Peace flows freely from the following release which the Beloved Kuthumi gave at the Transmission of the Flame Ceremony last evening.

September 16, 1978 

Chelas on the Pathway of Light, I welcome you into the peaceful yet stimulating atmosphere of Kashmir, where the Moon is shining in all her glory in adoration to the Father-Mother God… as the sweet fragrance of this Cathedral of Nature wafts through the atmosphere previous to the Transmission of the Flame Ceremony.             Please be seated. 

To continue, I wish you to raise your consciousness until you feel you are in a sylvan vale, surrounded by the hills of Kashmir. Entering deep into this setting, listen to the harmony of the little elementals as they send forth a beautiful tone of expectancy, knowing that the Flame of Wisdom will soon be energized as we proceed to the Breathing Ceremony. 

We know that these tiny beings have raised their, consciousness as they have tuned in to the Radiation which is now flowing from and around our Focus. 

Let us now picture the exquisite Devas as they send forth their radiance into this Garden of the Gods. Beloved Lord Zeus has brought with him this evening many of the advanced Elementals from his Training Center over New Zealand, in order that they may more fully absorb the enchantment of this evening, and be able to pass this feeling to their brothers and sisters when they return to their specific Focus. 

Life in all states of advancement feels rejuvenated when they journey to the woods or mountains, or to a quiet lake, for a natural setting is a place of refreshment and gives a renewed feeling to the lower vehicles. As one raises his eyes to a tree or the cloud formations in a blue sky, the very power of his attention raises him above the Human Kingdom to see with the physical sight what God has wrought. 

In that vein of thought   think of the magic, mystic beauty that dwells within the heart of all men, and realize that the Almighty created a replica of himself, to dwell within a vehicle of flesh. 

As you realize with certain awe the grandeur of the Nature Kingdom, by the power of raising your attention to lofty heights, you connect with the Creator of us all. 

So I counsel you to strive for the stillness which you find in a garden, the woods or a dell... and I say seek first to attain the Silence within, and you will find that the ensuing radiation will assist you to give a blessing to all life... and in the practice of the Great Silence you will find the true meaning of your being... that majestic Presence of God "I AM".

0 my dedicated Hearts, the tremendous pull of Love Divine has brought my radiation into your midst... I have come as a result of the generosity of the beloved Kuthumi. 

I ask the indulgence of all here assembled as I extend a special welcome to Shamballa to my dear Tita, beloved Hilda and Alicia... this is the first get-together we have had since my Ascension in the Light. You know how pleasant it is to meet old friends on the physical plane. I am thrice blessed through the Love and Dedication of your sweet lifestreams who served so faithfully when I was on the Earth plane in combined Service under the magnificent Radiation of the mighty Lord Zadkiel and Holy Amethyst. You have written a beautiful story on your Book of Life. 

Following the Transmission of the Flame Ceremony at Kashmir, I will have the honor of returning to Shamballa in company with the beloved Lord Divino, and I shall remain through the weekend to give to all of you my own particular Cosmic Momentum of Wisdom, Peace and Tranquility.
