Beloved Chelas: 

Truly do you have the great honor and privilege of reading the Message from the Cosmic Holy Spirit Æolus, which he gave at the Transmission of the Flame Ceremony last evening. 

Holy Æolus speaks:

October 21, 1978 

Beloved chelas of my Heart, in deep gratitude and Love for the beloved Himalaya, the mighty Manu of the Fourth Root Race, and the magnificent service he has rendered to this dear Earth and all hereon, I, the Cosmic Holy Spirit Æolus have come this evening.

Kindly be seated. 

As we are having the privilege of entering the Blue Lotus Retreat of God Himalaya, for the last time before its present form is etherealized, the wise chela will take full advantage of the glorious Radiation of Wisdom and Peace which is pulsating here... dip into the reservoir of the elixirs and saturate your beings with these glorious gifts of the Father-Mother God which the mighty Himalaya has drawn and sustained for centuries. 

I counsel you to contemplate all during this cycle the glorious privilege which is and has been yours through the years... to sit in the Presence of this Holy Being and feel the Wisdom, Peace and true Humility of his Being. Take advantage, dear children, of the opportunity which is yours when you look upon the Blue Lotus and hold a wish within your heart which the beloved Himalaya always grants, if it is for the benefaction of yourself or mankind. 

Remember the many times you have stood in his Presence, and felt his enfolding Love... I suggest that you truly make a Heart Vow to this exquisite Being of Light that you will tune in to the momentum which he has so lavishly given to the Earth... and that you will continue to externalize these Virtues, in deep gratitude for the service which he has given in creating this Reservoir of Light... beloved Himalaya's service will be even greater when all of his children are home and you will feel his expanded Love flowing to, and through you, as you invoke his Blessings. One who is truly grateful knows within his heart the joy of using and dispensing a God-Gift. Remember always all Virtues or Qualities are released to us for the widening of the borders of the Kingdom of Heaven. 

Also, in giving does one truly receive... a singer, a painter, a musician, a scientist, philanthropist, all mankind has some gift which he is required to use to beautify the great overall Tapestry of Life, and being the recipient thereof, it is because that one has lavishly received a blessing from the Cosmic Reservoir and built into his Causal Body, which will remain for Eternity, pulsating Light to enrich all life.. 

When one endeavors to hold any God Gift to himself, he is guilty of the sin of omission. I counsel you to emulate the Beloved Himalaya and in his name, let the gifts which you have received continue to flow to all life. 

For centuries this beloved Manu held the Anchorage of the Masculine Ray for this Earth... and as you know, it is now anchored at the Retreat of the God and Goddess Meru in South America. 

Through union of the Masculine Ray with the Feminine Ray which is now in prominence, the full expression of God's Divine Plan will come into being in an accelerated manner. One knows that the Union of the lower Consciousness with the Christ Self allows the full release of the Perfection ordained for any particular lifestream to go forth on the Wings of Light for the enrichment of the Kingdom of Heaven. And think how great will be the externalization of God's Plan now that the Cosmic Masculine and Feminine Rays have merged and become ONE. 

Since the Masculine Ray was in prominence for centuries the Cosmic Law ordained that the Feminine Ray now serve in full capacity, bringing the expression of Love Divine, which is in all Virtues, to all life. 

In simple words, the Feminine Ray at the Retreat of God and Goddess Meru has served as the matrix for the reception of the Masculine Activity... and in the not too distant future, all will witness the full flowering of this activity the Birth or emergence of the Christ Consciousness for this Planet... with the Christ in evidence in men's lives, bringing the full expression of Divinity for this Earth… so long overdue. 

In conclusion, I would bring to your attention that through the Transmission of the Flame Ceremony, you were enabled to tune in and accept the Essence of the Gifts from the Blue Lotus Retreat and expand the Light within your own Beings as well as that of all mankind. 

I counsel you to daily, while this Focus is being accelerated, to take advantage of the transcendent release of Illumined Wisdom and Peace. 

Revere always... hold sacred within your consciousness... the Holy Breath which animate your being... and remember that I, Æolus, Cosmic Holy Spirit have the blessed privilege of releasing that Essence to all life upon this Sweet Earth!
