Beloved Chelas: 

One of the statements that the Ascended Master Saint Germain has given runs something like this: 

"I have repeated this on numerous occasions, but I cannot stress too powerfully the fact that energy... primal substance... the Essence of the Flame, itself, becomes POWER through conscious use." 

This Energy flows in countless streams of Cosmic Abundance through the lifestreams of mankind but has not yet, except on rare occasions, been transmuted or harnessed to a Good Cause and does not become, therefore, a momentum of Power that stands ever ready awaiting the direction of the individual to rush forward in service according to its particular quality self-imposed. 

There are some chelas who have chosen to give some special service to life, for which we are extremely grateful, for through this dedication the human race or the Nature Kingdom can be enriched and loosened from the bonds of materiality and then begin, as they attain a growing power, to build a momentum by giving a certain amount of energy each day qualified with an activity by which life could be blessed and which, by constant and religious observance, would form the beginning of a service that even in Cosmic and Super-cosmic Realms would endure. 

Be assured that when one keeps the Radiation filling their electronic circle... qualified with Healing Mercy, Happiness, Purity of any Virtue, he is tangibly and permanently affecting the environment and feelings of those he contacts. 

This is the type of service that is practiced extensively in the Eastern countries... it is not particularly popular in the West because of the lack of ostentation, but the circle of qualified moving energy that surrounds and moves with the chela becomes an eternal part of his nature and being and can, in times of emergency and crisis, be ampli­fied by the Master a thousandfold. 

You have all seen, or at least can visualize, how a small flame thrown into a vast stor­age of inflammable material becomes a thousandfold in expression. Thus any momentum the chela chooses to build by adding his Light to a specific God Virtue can become a Universal Gift to the Brotherhood which you all desire to render back to Life for the munificence of its Gifts to you.
