Beloved Chelas: 

You must realize that all physical action is directed and activated by cosmic impulses or forces of energy that pass from certain centers in the brain along the channels of the nervous system and provide the directing intelligence as well as the activating power by which that action takes place. 

For instance, the consciousness first begets the desire or plan to walk into another room, or to prepare a meal, or do one of the many things that occupy the time of the individual... after the desire or design is established within the consciousness, the brain center distributes the electrical energy through the feet, the hands and the various organisms, and the body proceeds to execute the design held in the mind. We will then see that all action results from the distribution of electronic energy consciously set into motion and that if the consciousness does not release the electronic energy to move the body about, manifestation does not take place. 

Here we come to a tremendous point which might be well pondered by the aspiring chela... the electronic impulses released from the Presence of the Eternal Father are of melodious bell-like tones produced as that note is set into action to produce Cause and Effect. The individual consciousness receiving that energy may allow it to pass in its beauty and harmony through the design and motive preceding action and make that activity a full expression of God's Divine Perfection... and the bell-like tone flows through the gate of all manifestation of the self... or, when the desire or design preceding activity takes place, the electronic energy may be charged with resentment, reluctance, criticism, tension or hurry, then the entire quality of the energy which will be the motivating power of the entire proceeding will take on the nature of that requalification. 

This is the way mankind functions for the most part... the idea arises within the mind - the idea may come from one of the lower bodies - or it may come from the Higher Self. The individual does not discriminate, but if the idea persists, he immediately sets into motion the electronic impulses of which he has limitless authority to draw from the universe, and proceeds to put into effect the design, qualifying his activity according to his particular mood of the moment with regard to the idea presented to him. It is thus that he becomes a victim of the feeling of the lower self as often as he becomes an instrument of his own Christ Self. 

Wise is he who examines the ideas that arise within the consciousness and then takes time after sifting them, to tune himself into the harmonious impulses from the Christ Self that the Divine Design may fulfill its purpose in the most perfect manner.
