My beloved chelas: 

It is a great privilege to be under the direct radiation of the beautiful Kwan Yin and I present to you her words given at the Transmission of the Flame Class from her focus at Peking last evening. 

The Goddess of Mercy, Kwan Yin 

"Dear Friends of Freedom I greet you this evening in anticipation of your expanded service with me during this coming month. 

Beloved ones, you know how we all love the great Ascended Master Saint Germain and his great Love for the Freedom Flame, and you know that I had the honor to hold the Office of Chohan of the Seventh Ray preceding our beloved Lord and King. 

I represent the Feminine Aspect of that Holy Flame and every fiber of my Being is saturated with its Holy Light... and you also know that the Feminine Ray is coming into prominence at this time; I am serving constantly for the women of the race. I ask each of you to please help me, particularly this month when there is an expanded activity of the Flame of Mercy so that we may reach the hearts of all the women in embodiment. Have mercy, 0 God, upon those who have fallen from Grace. Dear ones, never look upon them with scorn but bless them as I do with my Mantle of Mercy and Love. The farther one goes into the Light, the less you think of the outer expression and the more willing you are to help their Holy Christ Self express through the outer vehicles. In Divine Consciousness we see only the Light of the Spirit. 

And I ask you, each one... I beg of you to help me so that the women who are coming into prominence do not show a militant activity but the strength and power that is within Divine Love. You can render a tremendous service this month and I know you will join with me in this. 

Tonight, over every Focus, over every home, where the chelas are thinking of our Retreat, I have sent one of my Angels of Mercy to stand in attendance. I asked them to go this evening but they volunteered to remain for the entire month to help all to know the Quality of Mercy... that is within that glorious Mercy, the Transmuting Power of the Violet Fire, the Love of God. How wonderful that you know this magnificent Violet Fire, and I might add that the Angel who will remain here at Shamballa is called "Mercy", and Mercy she shall give to you and to all for whom you call. Just remember to give recognition to her presence by a daily thought of Love, and you will feel her enfolding embrace, I assure you.  

Now let us travel in consciousness to our Retreat at Peking. The amphitheater covers all of Asia and looks like a beautiful Chinese Garden... a place of rest, with the feeling of the true Orient where there was such respect for life and particularly family life. The elders of the race were, and still are, revered and their standing in the family was always one of high position and dignity... that mother Love which holds the family together. We are doing everything we can, particularly during this period, to bring the Oriental feeling into the very active consciousness of the West, and to have the people of the Occident experience the quiet tranquility of Divine Love. Truly the East and West are being blended but there is still much militant activity on this Planet, and we are hoping with the Angels of Mercy stationed all over the Earth to remove the hard core of feelings between Nations - one race against the other. 0, Mercy is not just a beautiful kindly feeling... Mercy is Power, the Power of God because it is Love, and Love is the Cohesive Power of the Universe. How I love you, each one! 

Let us now look into the Main Sanctuary of our Focus and see the assembled guests... what a magnificent sight to behold. Everyone is attired in some shade of Violet, or in pure white with some adornment of Purple. And the glorious jewels, the amethysts are so brilliant that they release a tremendous Light all through the Sanctuary. 

Let us gaze upon the Cosmic Lotus of Violet Fire. You have been told that one of the first thoughts of the Violet Fire when it is called forth is gratitude. And that Holy Flame tonight is waiting, is eager, for us to energize and send it around the Earth... and it is grateful, so grateful, to each of you blessed ones. And as I have the privilege and honor of breathing upon that Flame, beloved Saint Germain will stand by my side, and as we breathe upon it and it goes around the Earth, the Violet Fire will look like tiny Lotus blossoms with pink in the center... the pink aura of Pure Divine Love. 

Now, my children, I think that I have shown you through my feelings that I love you, and you know that it has been said that every place upon the Planet where there is a picture or even a small statue of my humble self, no matter how crude, through the attention of the beholder or the owner of these representation I send my Loving Mercy. 

In closing I would like to remind you that in the crown upon your forehead is a Ray of each of the Elohim, and the Violet Fire pours forth from the Heart of the mighty Arcturus into your being... accept this Violet Fire - the Flame of Mercy - from this instant and make it a part of yourselves. 

We are joining with each other more and more in consciousness, and may you be further unified with the Light of Transmutation this month! I thank you."
