The attention of the good of the world focused at this time toward Shamballa adds a great momentum of energy to the efforts of the Spiritual Hierarchy and carries an added measure of weight with the great Karmic Board in detailing of powers, activities, gifts and dispensations for the greater good of mankind at this time. 

Just a short while ago, according to your time element, the work of the Hierarchy was completely isolated from any contact with the consciousness of unascended beings and the Plans once promulgated were then sent forth for execution. 

As all such Plans, however, must pass the Lords of Karma, the very fact that mankind was not an active and cooperative part of the formation and manifestation thereof, limited the results and release of the acquiescence and backing of the Karmic Board. 

Consider how very privileged you are that you are now a part of these mighty Plans, for you are not only allowed but invited to take an active part, as are the rest of mankind and to attend the Meetings held twice yearly before final designs are made and powers delegated. By reason of the love and cooperative interest of the human race itself, which is so visibly affected and benefited by the designs of the Hierarchy, we find the progress and unfoldment of our yearly plans greatly intensified, running with rather than against the tide of human opinion. 

You can readily see that your participation in the Transmission of the Flame Ceremony brings you into greater rapport with the current Retreat - that Focus being one of those whose activities are required to fulfill the Plan set into motion at the January Council of each year.
